    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK My monthly airtime bill has increased from £35.15 to £40.51. This is extortionate. How can you justify a 14 plus % increase? I have been a #Vodaphone customer for over 15 years. There is no loyalty scheme for long term customers. 😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK anyone considering switching to Vodafone full fibre broadband, think carefully. 48hr timescale for contact (not fixing) re a fault. Lack of customer care. Worth paying more to get a better service. Lesson learnt

    @Ofcom @itvnews I have made 4 applications to @VodafoneUK since 23 Jan for social tariff broadband. According to Vodafone criteria I do qualify. I receive confirmation email but then complete silence. I have spent hours on helpline trying to resolve issue. Investigate please.
