@CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

@Airlessmean @VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Exactly the same problem! Mine's been ongoing four months. Less than 1meg on 4G since I upgraded to this phone (top tariff) . I'm in a 5G area but it rarely works. Sent a new sim and nothing else. Ruddy useless.

Attempted it all... Again. Now it won't submit. I don't say it enough. I hate @VodafoneUK :) People at the call centre don't know anything, can't do anything or don't understand and they'll just keep making you go on stupid links instead of doing it over the phone.
