    @rebecca_ryder21 @VodafoneUK I've never had any issues with the Samsung flagships (S series) My mum has a J model and has had loads. Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.

    @VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK wow your now refusing to take calls. For 30 minutes now I’ve been told you will not answer a call but speak to a bot 🤖, wow wow wow your customer service has hit a new low. Take a bow #customerseviceless

    @VodafoneUK 01709 357345 phoning multiple times a day, I have already told the call centre I am not interested. How do I raise a complaint about these harassing calls, I am already a customer with data and phone sims and broadband.

    @CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    @VodafoneUK I’ve called twice now to notify You I’m moving. 1st time you hung up, 2nd time your voice assistant wasn’t giving me the right option. To save my sanity, could someone help me? Via message or direct call would be fab.

    @VodafoneUK You’re messaging me asking me to call and not calling me like you said you would but won’t accept phone calls! How am I supposed to talk then! You customer care is #awful ans I have logged the past 7 days nightmare in case you cut my phone off and I have to seek legal advice.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did
