Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

Please can someone call me positively by tomorrow at my 07450 283 441 number to cancel 07553822031. It is giving me too much stress to the point that I m sick.

Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
