    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

    @VodafoneUK Please someone can call me urgently as I don't want to get stuff with another contract for 40 pounds a month. Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

    @VodafoneUK you stuck me with a unnecessary pay monthly sim that I did not ask for at it was your mistake that cancelled my account by not undertaking simple instructions. Now I want to cancel the temporary number and you have put me on hold for more than 5 hours for last 3 days.

    @VodafoneUK as a pro full fibre 500 customer whose job is dependant on the Internet, I'm disappointed that not even 6 months in, the speeds have dropped so much that YT buffers every 2 seconds. The app hasn't helped but only presented more issues. Starting to doubt if I'll stay.

    I've contacted @VodafoneUK 3 times since upgrading my phone to simply set up a direct debit. Well, I just had an email to say the balance is over due and that it will affect service and could impact on my credit in future, with no attempt to take a direct debit. Unacceptable 😡

    @VodafoneUK Had upgraded contract and wanted to apply NHS discount, however they said leave to cancel the contract and start again. They realised this was a waste of both hers and theirs and they realised they could apply the contract over the phone. They were then unable to do this 1/2

    @VodafoneUK awful #customercare. Sending me threats to be cut off because I haven’t paid. I have paid. Then customer care saying it’s in the wrong place so I’ll have to be refunded and pay again in 2 weeks. I’ve asked 5 times for complaints and been talking for 44 minutes. Joke
