Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested.
