    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

    @VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve called twice now to notify You I’m moving. 1st time you hung up, 2nd time your voice assistant wasn’t giving me the right option. To save my sanity, could someone help me? Via message or direct call would be fab.

    @rebecca_ryder21 @VodafoneUK I've never had any issues with the Samsung flagships (S series) My mum has a J model and has had loads. Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @VodafoneUK hi, I’ve had no service for 2 days now. I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything. Any thoughts on how to sort please

    @MorrisBarrie @VodafoneUK You need to speak with the retentions dept all you do at your contract end date is say you want to cancel, the depart holds the higher discounts to keep you. If you say upgrade you get offered 10 or 15% tops same as if you go in store.

    @VodafoneUK I made a mistake of ordering my phone upgrade on click/collect, not realising that the est date/time was never going to happen due to Bank Hols. Due to Work, there will now be 0 chance of being able to collect until Saturday. Any way of changing to home delivery?

    Was hoping to switch from Sky to @VodafoneUK but sadly the Website wouldn't even process my personal details, even a phone call couldn't get process it as they had a number of issues,then failing check when my details and credit is 100% fine. Poor service, guess i will stay SKY

    @NickNairn @VodafoneUK Do not use Talk Talk. We have them with Fibre. Completely useless customer service and the connectivity was better with normal broadband. We were going swap to Vodafone too!

    @VodafoneUK hi, you replied to me once then ghosted me. took money for an EUDATA pack and not added it. Also won’t allow me to add one. In Europe And can’t buy data from you. Makes no sense. There is an issue your end. When will it be fixed?
