@VodafoneUK Please someone can call me urgently as I don't want to get stuff with another contract for 40 pounds a month. Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

@VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

@VodafoneUK I am so sick of something with your internet blocking more than 1 person going on to call of duty. Never had this issue with any other internet provider and no one in the company seems to actually fix this issue for is. It's an actual joke.
