@VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

@VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

@g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

@VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

@VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish. Issues do happen but TOBI down, can't get through to call centres, can't report fault online. This impact is huge but only coms are coming from news channels. At least put out regular status updates on your website
