    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK No, you can’t! I’ve tried 3 times now and each time has taken me 2-3 hours and I’m no nearer getting anywhere. I’m going to report Vodafone to OffCom as it’s staggering how bad the service is. I’m not ringing up again and waiting another 3 hours to be told they help again!

    @VodafoneUK 3rd day in a row I am struggling to get any signal whatsoever. Yesterday it was countrywide! This past year I have never got faster than 2mbps 4G. This week is going to be my last. Two contracts getting cancelled, and Ofcom being contacted. I refuse to pay for NOTHING

    @VodafoneUK what going on with your broadband on ol16 area. Speed dropped from 63 to below 25. Told it's a technical issue but its been 3 weeks now. No communication from you I have to keep ringing complaints dept. Post a statement on your website
