Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

James Lamb (@Lamb2ja) reported from Reading, England@VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.
