    Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @VodafoneUK Maybe if you didn’t add a line from my old address (from 12 years ago) to my current one the credit check would have gone through. Maybe if the credit check fails you could flag it rather than just not allow the check out to progress. Maybe you could be more customer focused!
