So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

They sent me a new one out yesterday which failed to even function. I'm now on day 2 of them tryinbg to figure out the problem. Just replace the damn thing!
