    @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    @VodafoneUK Would love to say I would like to win, but never know of anyone who does and never any winning storys. Been with Vodafone for 15 years normal service. But this last upgrade left a sour tease questioning the future who ever wins 🏆please let know if it was worth it and let us know

    @VodafoneUK Have waited, heard nothing still have same issue. WiFi is not visible on the laptop. It sees multiple wi-fi's and connects to my phone hotspot but the broadband WiFi keeps disappearing from its list of available connections.
