    @VodafoneUK 01709 357345 phoning multiple times a day, I have already told the call centre I am not interested. How do I raise a complaint about these harassing calls, I am already a customer with data and phone sims and broadband.

    @VodafoneUK Also it is not just Vodafone. The 4g coverage is poor at best. Everywhere.

    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

    I’m now just posting about how crap @VodafoneUK are and #customerservice for evidence. I cannot call them I cannot use their robot I cannot reply to their threats THEY STILL AINT CALLED THEY STILL AINT ACKNOWLEDGED AND ITLL BE MY FAULT EVEN WITH 2 weeks evidence A totes #joke

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
