    @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I’ve tried this 3 times now: each time it fails. I really don’t have all day to try and make this work . Each time the lines goes dead. Tobi is absolutely useless when I try to get him to put me through to a online chat person they send me a code which never arrives

    @VodafoneUK Hello, it’s broadband pro I believe, FTTP at 900mb per second. It was fixed temporarily yesterday. But has gone down to 93mv again today. Not happy with the service at all TBH

    @SMintram @HeyBroadband Absolutely shocking service provided in Horsham. I've been with HeyBroadband for 6 weeks and it's dropped out more times than I experienced with @VodafoneUK in 5 years! My wife works from home and you are cutting down our income. Sort it out or we are leaving you!!
