    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely rubbish service. Waited two weeks for an unlock code and now I have to wait longer with no definite time scale. Promised call backs not received. So angry 😡

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK. They have messed up and I have spent over a month trying to sort. The conversation is now circular and I can’t upgrade my contract. No one I talk to has any authority to do anything! Please help!

    And it’s back to the UK and awful 4G from @VodafoneUK 😂 it was better in San Francisco with my data plan. Come on guys, do better with your 4G for your customers

    I suspect it may be time to move from @ThreeUK to @VodafoneUK as they don’t have #VirtualSim or #AppleWatch support, but the @ThreeUK #GoRoam plan is amazing. Decision later today. #NeedAllThree #PunNotIntended

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    not answering me how they are gonna match that when they don’t have my DOB in the acc. I sent in my ID, they lost that, I sent in another, and today they tell me they can’t help because “Your DOB doesn’t match.” @VodafoneUK you are a joke and an identity theft.

    @Paul1410 @VodafoneUK @BBCEAST1 Paul tell them they need to look at their records. They are putting up a new mast. There is no issues of network failures because there is no network. They have engineers there now and have had them there all week.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years it’s time to move ! Been on the phone for 35 minute with that silly Sony “take me away” I just need to get a PAC code. Officially drained and you are not a monopoly. The service is truly terrible

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I fail to see how your calls are recorded. Because I’m constantly repeating myself. There seems to be no evidence apart from the odd little notes your agents apply to the accounts. Currently still waiting for management to get back to me 😤
