@VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

@VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

@friendlessInEH8 @VodafoneUK @KaanAltinbas Other way round for me. Vodafone's coverage was worse, and when a mast got damaged in my area it took months to be repaired. Switched to Smarty, never been without signal since. Hell, sometimes my phone even tells me I'm getting "4G+" - never got that on Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK just called 191 to get help and no help what so ever. Working away from home and no land line or broadband working at home. Try calling and line just comes up as engaged. So much for fool proof service
