    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    @VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone Okay, but does VF know we’re working from home - people trying to reach out and work with others? How can we schedule our lives if VF doesn’t keep those reliant on these services in the loop??? Just terrible. I spent the morning rescheduling and apologising to my clients. Nice.

    @VodafoneUK Not sure re router light but I logged in to the router and it says fibre is down. However the fibre point on the wall (the box which connects to the outside cable) has internet light on
