@VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

@VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

@VodafoneUK Hi I've had no broadband again since 12:20am rebooted hub twice. Now I get told to sign into network which is clearly impossible with zero internet! So then it takes me to another screen which tells me to press Reconnect button! Fed up with broadband breaking 😑
