Took three years, debt collection agents and court threats and then they sent a 1 line letter saying they were dropping it. Record calls and note time/date of all conversations. Don't give up, They will back down - eventually!

@photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I've been with them for 32 years with my phone. No problems whatsoever. However, I have recently moved from Plusnet to Vodafone for broadband. It is terrible. Keeps going offline and there is reduced coverage on the property. Will leave them when the contract ends.
