@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

Dear @VodafoneUK Thanks for returning my phone and saying you couldn't find the fault. I just turned it on, started the camera and instantly found the fault. The fact that I've been waiting since Apr 26th to get the phone back is just as bad as the fact that IT'S STILL BROKEN

@VodafoneUK They took me through a procedure which took over 15 minutes. When this didn't work, they put me through to the technical team who confirmed that there were problems in the area! You couldn't make it up. Do you think this is value for money?
