    @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    @VodafoneUK your mobile internet does not work and never has worked as long as I've noticed in EN5 Barnet area, it is extremely patchy and doesn't work in places from here all the way to North Finchley

    @VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

    @VodafoneUK U're trying 2 charge me £1669.80 data usage in Sierra Leone I didn't use! I was there 50 minutes &didn't use my phone.Switched frm O2 years ago & remained vodaphone customer even tho there is no service in many places! Now this? I offer£40 good will off bill! Really??

    BBC News today suggests return of EU roaming charges for @VodafoneUK customers. I'm a business customer (10 yrs) with a few phones. Roaming charges are not/never have been justifiable - it's pure profit and decision will send unhappy customers to O2 and Virgin. Reconsider please!

    @VodafoneUK why am I still waiting to receive a new phone upgrade that was ordered on 8th December? Easily the worst customer services anywhere. 7 calls to them at and average 2-1/2 hour each call only to be told lie after lie. How hard is it to deliver a phone to someone.

    Hello @VodafoneUK I bought a pay as you go sim card the other day and on the back of the packet it says to call 4354 to OPT out of having a bundle but 4354 doesn't offer the option to opt out. I called customer services on 191 to opt out of the bundles.

    @VodafoneUK I already have Nisa and you did not respond. This is exactly what I do not like about Vodafone. You always try and make out the complaint is fresh when it is an ongoing situation and I have had to repeat myself every day for the past 4 days now.
