    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @VodafoneUK Day 5 of trying to sort out a simple problem. At least 5 hours on hold. FINALLY get through to your technical team then the call goes dead ...nobody has called back! Appreciate less staff on but please can you assist so I can work and earn some money! @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK please help, my wife & I are having a nightmare transferring her out of contract number to voxi, your team said theyd done this 3 days ago and its not completed, we've now tried to do it ourselves and it's saying invalid PAC code, we have a voxi sim we've topped up

    @VodafoneUK Nah, avoid them like the plague! Moved all 4 of my family’s contracts to other suppliers, after 14 years! Vodafone are a nightmare, customer service lie, no loyalty to long standing customers, wrongly charged for things they then won’t reverse. Biggest pain in the *** ever!
