    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to get in touch with Vodafone for an upgrade and the queue is never ending. I’m considering switching networks as this is appalling! Over an hour wait for an upgrade and no luck on the online chat either. Very poor customer service.
