    @VodafoneUK I can't log into my account, can't get an answer on the 191 number and can't load webchat help. My 2 years are up but I can't upgrade or change to sim only if I can't get hold of anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK I'm being plagued with scam "you will be arrested unless you press 1" calls from Vodafone mobile numbers. I block and report, another call comes from new number. Customer services gave me number to text and request call to help, it doesn't work. Pls advise.

    Is it just a coincidence?? I called @British_Airways earlier and now getting scam calls from a whole range of different countries! Had this number for years and never happened before. @VodafoneUK any way of blocking them permanently??
