It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.
