I have asked for the "Super Wi-Fi setting to be removed from my account as I want to control my router not use a broken app or call up when I want to change something, I asked for this to be done 5 days ago!   @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!
