@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

Processes need to change; bereaved family members shouldn’t need to jump through so many administrative hoops when grieving, the process is broken 🥲

Was told they can't cancel his £7 a month phone contract. I said he won't be paying it any more. They said he will get a ccj. Go for it tesco.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I've never worked 4 Vodafone, but some experience in other customer service jobs. For anyone experiencing similar, maybe try these, no guarantee, but worth a try: send a scan of yr power of attorney, send a scan of the death certificate. Morbid, but may help speed things up.
