@VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK Wow! Joe at Chantry Place Vodafone Norwich had all the personality of a stick! Felt like he didn't want to help and it felt like he was kinda rude when we wanted to return a phone. Never again will I look at Vodafone in Norwich. Plus side Matt was nice and did help.

@VodafoneUK partner upgraded today was told will be delivered tomorrow, you guys took wrong number of house down booked it for number 16 not 60, called straight away when realised to be told now have to wait till Friday….. it’s 22 houses up the street ffs 😡😡😡
