    @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

    @VodafoneUK How about giving us some signal so we could actually make Zoom calls? You have knocked out the internet at Brentford High St and Ealing Road for two weeks and we cannot work or home school

    ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK you network checker says good network here but I only have 2 bars and my phone has been dropping calls all day. Whatโ€™s going on? Is it because I just delete the survey you sent me?

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itโ€™s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iโ€™m still being billed for ยฃ465!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12ยฃ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE!     @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @virginmedia Router WiFi connection is so unstable people are about to throw them out their windows!! Might be worth moving to @VodafoneUK to get a better price and service? #VirginMedia has been truly awful recently
