  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK Had an experience that you for you to feed back to the correct team: New Business Broadband customer. Received Power Hub. Sticker and wifi card have incorrect details. Also the Support tel no supplied in the Quick Start Guide is wrong. It's missing a 3.

  @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

  @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke
