But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

Adam (@easyadam) reported@VodafoneUK My F.I.L was still experiencing a problem. In trying to troubleshoot he had turned off his WiFi with the side button. It required a long press to turn back on! Perhaps some messaging on basic steps to check might have assisted your customers today.

Heather Walker (@heatherr94) reported@VodafoneUK Wi-Fi continued to work through the outage except apple services unable to connect (FaceTime, iMessage, iCloud etc) and still not working. Working fine on mobile data and other broadband providers Wi-Fi in the area so clearly related to this. Have you found a fix for this yet?
