    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK That’s the first place I went to when I had a problem. I’ve done all that. Both. The tv goes in and out of fuzziness when using apps and my phone apps constantly dip

    @VodafoneUK Awful non-service in store today. Waited 20 mins whilst staff tried to help someone with a Spotify login. Didn’t even get a hello or be with you shortly. Was going to going to discuss an upgrade. Now thinking I’ll change networks.

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    @VodafoneUK The Borehamwood store told me it had been discontinued for weeks and they had none in stock and obviously now would not , the purchase of this phone has been nothing but problems since Feb 20th . Continual lies from Vodaphone

    @VodafoneUK Have spoken to @one.com you want to charge me for an early upgrade. Even though the product I have isn’t fit for purpose. I’ve been a customer of @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20 years. Disgraceful I will wait until my contract is up terminate it and take my business elsewhere

    @vodafoneUK just trying to arrange a replacement for a faulty router. Your tech support don't seem to listen 2.4ghz channel isn't working. Going round in circles. Poor experience poor customer support. Have been through the same fault finding process twice now.

    @CenturyAvocado @VodafoneUK Vodafone were getting really good all over the place in my experience, and then they launched unlimited. Not only did that risk making the network worse (I think it is now getting worse), they also started messing up how things like Roaming Plus were offered. Net Negative.

    For anyone considering @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK broadband. Don't. Genuinely the worst customer experience I've ever, ever had. There own customer service advice? To go with another service provider. I mean what the F is that? It's beyond a joke.

    @VodafoneUK no #internet for 8 days, no home devices or TV working, no hotspot as mobile data is too slow, after 6 phone calls to #Vodafone they are now asking me to wait 72 HOURS, I have already lost 3 days salary & I'm a sole earner in lockdown with 2 kids I'm beyond frustrated
