    3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

    4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

    @Wayne_adams83 I’m with @VodafoneUK they’re wankers pal. Keep putting the price up every year. Was paying £21 a month when I started my 2 year contract in January last year. Last April they upped it to £22.99 and this April they’ve upped it again to £25.13. Can’t wait until I can **** em off.

    @VodafoneUK I don’t believe that anyone at Vodafone is trying to help. Evidence: when I DM’d you last about leaving the team failed to read dms properly and kept offering upgrade options instead of what I actually asked for. Live chat operators cut you off and phone lines are understaffed.

    @VodafoneUK I have 2 Ukrainian people coming to live with me through the UK government’s homes for Ukraine scheme, why can I not get SIM cards for them ? Why are they only available to charities ? This is completely unfair, I am a Vodafone customer but I won’t be for much longer
