    @VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

    Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I havenโ€™t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    So @VodafoneUK Iโ€™ve done everything you told me to get my phone back working - Iโ€™m currently sat in your store in Hemel and they canโ€™t help me either one week with no service and no solution in sight - any advice would be great !

    @VodafoneUK is becoming one of the most unreliable network in London. I called customer service yesterday to complain about network issue at London Victoria are til now NO solution. Thinking of leaving them. I can't use my mobile data inside the building

    @VodafoneHeIp I've recently become a member of the @VodafoneUK network & have to say that it's been an absolute letdown when it comes to uninterrupted service. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this?

    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @VodafoneUK we have a business landline with level 4 care and a fault but going around in circles reporting it - for over 30min! You supposed to fix within 2hrs who do we call please??

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown itโ€™s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call ๐Ÿคฌ

    hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

    .@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why canโ€™t a mobile company see the account youโ€™ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, letโ€™s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

    @VodafoneUK I ported my network to Vodafone last week. The switch was supposed to happen on the 3rd. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.
