    I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

    Considering they are two of the UK's biggest organisations, I have never received such a shit level of service for a business as I have from @nextofficial and @VodafoneUK over the last few weeks. Absolute masters in failure!

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told “no known problems”.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @VodafoneUK Day 5 of trying to sort out a simple problem. At least 5 hours on hold. FINALLY get through to your technical team then the call goes dead ...nobody has called back! Appreciate less staff on but please can you assist so I can work and earn some money! @VodafoneGroup

    In the UK, regulators would have had forced @VodafoneUK to immediately issue a refund for lack of service. But here in India, all you have to do is pay a bribe to officials and ministers. They will ignore all the consumer complaints.
