    Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

    @VodafoneUK a quick call to upgrade my phone turned in to a 40 minute phone call with half hour spent on hold. The operator couldn’t get in contact with their manager resulting in... nothing. If you didn’t have so many staff working from home still this wouldn’t be a problem!! 😤

    Absolute nightmare with @VodafoneUK , they had saved on the 2345 a card detail. Still wont remove it. So we have to cancel the card. I'd call the call centre fraud centre more like... Really fed up with them

    complaint to @VodafoneUK you send us a dongle that doesn’t cast so both me an my partner still can’t work after your team decided to cancel our contract instead of moving it to our new place and requesting a cancellation fee and pay for the dongle which was sent as a sorry
