    @VodafoneUK Hi, it was just a few minutes ago, I went to check and it just sits there like it is going to dial, but never does. I tried to call someone after and that rang fine

    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK You supplied a phone not fit for purpose. Wouldnt keep a key worker connected while it was repaired, and deemed it out of warranty due to your poor handling of it. I'm currently well out of pocket thanks to your greed.

I was also told that I should be careful to ask for planners to come out again as my drive might not be legal (rediculous)... not good at all....

    @Aiden_Farrell97 @VodafoneUK Yeah they do work but I don’t want to pay for one. It’s EU law to automatically block age-restricted websites on mobile networks (I use 4g for my Wi-Fi because broadband is terrible on my street) and you have to confirm with them you’re 18+ to unblock it
