    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @VodafoneUK there is no mobile network coverage in the area around Hyde Park Corner in London. Itโ€™s been like that for the past month or so: every time I get nearby the mobile internet doesnโ€™t work. Is a tower down or something??

    @VodafoneUK your mobile internet does not work and never has worked as long as I've noticed in EN5 Barnet area, it is extremely patchy and doesn't work in places from here all the way to North Finchley

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK please can you look at my DM - been in Spain, account cut off - received texts saying big roaming charges despite โ€˜free roamingโ€™ and canโ€™t even access my account to see the damage as your site is down for maintenance

    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ยฃยฃ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, Iโ€™ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itโ€™s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iโ€™m still being billed for ยฃ465!

    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

    @VodafoneUK Hi, it was just a few minutes ago, I went to check and it just sits there like it is going to dial, but never does. I tried to call someone after and that rang fine

    @VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist

    Been with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.

    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™m completely unable to contact you as Iโ€™m abroad and you switched off my SIM card. Your Tobi service is always down and doesnโ€™t let me chat to an agent. I need someone to contact me asap so I can sort out my billing situation. This is completely unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK your service is a joke. I had fibre broadband installed yesterday. How does it go from โ€˜ready in 3 hoursโ€™ after install to โ€˜active by midnightโ€™ to โ€˜24 hour estimateโ€™ Itโ€™s been over 24hrs and I still have no connection

    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and canโ€™t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so canโ€™t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward
