    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    @VodafoneUK I’m on hold to complaints as well. But I’m still here. This needs to be resolved ASAP. The same problem since November, numerous call and tweets and no problem fixed. But guess what I’m now being charged a completely different price that was advertised to me within the deal 🤢🤮

    @VodafoneUK 4 months with a Gigacube that doesn’t work properly. Hours spent with technical support , days without wi-fi when the Gigacube had to be sent to repair, Apple devices have trouble connecting to it because of security issues... I need a solution for this Vodafone

    @Ofcom @ThreeUK don't help, either. Even charging me an extra £5 a month because I'm can't pay by direct debit. @VodafoneUK on the other hand, helped me out in such a way I honestly do not have words to express how much they saved my life; they bent over backwards to #MakeItRight
