    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to Vodafone first and they have asked me to contact YouTube, later Vodafone also gave the same response. "the issue is under investigation".

    @VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

    @VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesnโ€™t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, youโ€™ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

    @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

    @VodafoneUK I am not happy with your service at all, Iโ€™m being charged ยฃ96 for a trade in phone that I traded in and you canโ€™t find. I handed it into the the store. Been on chat for an hour and half and issue still not resolved.

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itโ€™s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iโ€™m still being billed for ยฃ465!

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter

    @asda_mobile What on earth is going on with your phone signal in Somerset? Since youโ€™ve upgraded to 5G, I canโ€™t make any calls due to the signal being so bad! Lots of others in the area with the same issue. Please look into this! @VodafoneUK

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK good luck, had same thing with them, after a long time of getting a run around from them eventually negotiated a lower payment back and removal of the credit mark.. would have paid nothing if it wasnt for them screwing my credit score. ****** me over.. will never use them again

    @306notout @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Shame you've not got Connect Fibre Matt (UK call centre), just moved to them with 1Gb up and down, and going over to Sky Ultra for TV in a couple of weeks - I know its not always about money, but ยฃ50 less per month is worth it.
