Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
