I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK upgraded my usual way, then went to apply the NHS VA, I can’t, the way you do it has changed! I need to now use the 14 day cooling period, cancel and try again! Really, must be an easier way, we have 4 mobiles, never had an issue until you changed the process, WHY?

@VodafoneUK Morning - it's just over the channel. Ukranians fleeing to Western Europe and trying to access the UK visa centre(s) will need access to sim cards without punitive roaming charges. Anything you can do to help will be remembered, I feel 👍
