Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

It is a workaround , Vodafone must fix the actual issue at hand. Users should not be disabling their 4g. That is going backwards
