    @VodafoneUK Day 5 of trying to sort out a simple problem. At least 5 hours on hold. FINALLY get through to your technical team then the call goes dead ...nobody has called back! Appreciate less staff on but please can you assist so I can work and earn some money! @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

    @VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK . Quite simply the worst customer relations department I have had the misfortune to deal with. Call after call since February! If I hear the word escalate one more time I will scream!! Useless beyond words.

    I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

    @VodafoneUK you sent my boss the wrong size GB phone and are telling me you are unable to help?!! He is a VIP and I need to get this sorted ASAP. I have sent the phone back but it’s not showing on your system. Happy to go to a new provider if you are unable to help ASAP.

    @realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards
