@VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

@VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told “no known problems”.

@YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ££ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

@VodafoneUK @myPhilTaylor No I get 2 sms. one, “welcome to cyprus”, then the one about “spend manager” The issue is since I got back on 31/10 I’ve had them 6 times. It just sends then every week or 2, and has been for years.

@VodafoneUK It is a mobile sim only contract. I have been advised that the account is ‘open’ with a bar on it for trouble shooting and that takes 24 hours to be completed so they can’t cancel while it is open. I now have to call back tomorrow and go through the same disastrous experience!

@VodafoneUK This may look good on Twitter but it’s nonsense. she’s been waiting months to get phone repair (it wasn’t collected); shop told her it wld be replaced ( Complaints told her it wldnt be); CEO has taken weeks & still no resolution. She’s STILL paying for phone that doesn’t work.
