    Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me ยฃ45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itโ€™s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iโ€™m still being billed for ยฃ465!

    @VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz Iโ€™ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Canโ€™t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, Iโ€™d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UKโ€™s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. Iโ€™ll DM you now

    @VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

    @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a ยฃ555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

    @VodafoneUK Why would a company like yours, which makes billions of dollars, use some pointless virtual assistant called Tobi? Because of that stupid Tobi, I can't get my work done, nor can I connect with a customer agent. I've never seen such a stupid system.
