    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ยฃยฃ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet Iโ€™ve just been informed that my subsโ€™ to YouTube has ended. I was told Iโ€™m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasnโ€™t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    Hi @VodafoneUK if itโ€™s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".

    @VodafoneUK 5 months of worsening signal in Somerset. Support say no issues, but field readings show RSRP -123 dBm & SINR -0.3 dB. I have the data. Can someone actually investigate?
