    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

    I’ve been with @VodafoneUK since April 2017 and have spoken to the loveliest, most patient call centre people ever, at least once every two months. Because #Vodafone are a terrible company who mess up my data cap CONTINUOUSLY. Do not fall for their deals. 😡

    As a company we have been with @VodafoneUK since 1994 and today I realised why @WhichUK rate them as one of worst Telecom customers. Been on hold for over 15 mins in total and still not resolved and they are unable to call me back or send emails.... really! #poorservice
