    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

    @VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz I’ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Can’t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)

    @VodafoneUK is becoming one of the most unreliable network in London. I called customer service yesterday to complain about network issue at London Victoria are til now NO solution. Thinking of leaving them. I can't use my mobile data inside the building

    @VodafoneUK Hi Harriet, in that case I want to cancel my contract without charge because I have been misled to believe it includes WiFi on the tube. Nowhere was it announced it would stop working and if I had known this 2 months ago I would not have started a contract with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK what's the point in WiFi calling if you can't have it selected all the time? Kind of defeats the point, like in this situation where my calls keep dropping anyway because the signal is on and off. Prior to weekend, I consistently had full 4g signal. When will resume?
