1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

can someone smarter than me explain this to me: so, my @VodafoneUK contract ends on July 5th and I want to switch to @VOXI_UK once my contract ends. what do I need to do to cancel my vodafone contract and get a voxi plan with the same number??
