Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

Hi @VodafoneUK this is my recurrent tweet to mention that data isn’t working on your 4G network around SW8 1LA. Early in the morning you get a few meg but 9/10am till at least 7.30pm barely becomes gsm where you can only talk or sms. Are you going to fix it?

@w1a1y1n1e1 @VodafoneUK Left Vodafone for same reason. They kept passing us over to 1 department just to then pass us back to previous department. Best network, by far the worst customer services in the history of customer services. We had 10 devices with them at 1 point, now got 0.
