Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

@VodafoneUK Please send me a copy of your complaints procedure. I have been on live chat since 20:44 and have just been logged out for the third time, despite sending message at least once every 2 mins. The latest in a long line of problems - a complaint is going to OFCOM.

@VodafoneUK When my dad had his phone stolen today he contacted Vodafone webchat to upgrade. I was nervous he would be overwhelmed by the process but I am so grateful he got through to Gemma who normally works in the Sunderland store. Super amazing service pls pass on my thanks!
