@VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK phone support and online service are shocking, they never manage to sort out problems. However, I have found the shop and going in in person very useful. This is an example of how automation has made our life worse - support actually staff use the stores.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the rewards; though the Tesco one did cause some embarrassment for me at the checkout when the app was broken. I ended up just paying... I can’t have been the only one. May I suggest the app is made robust for future surges, or offers are managed better?
