    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK clearly you have a problem with delivering orders at the moment. Only response I get is to check something that has said it's not dispatched for the last week. Am I better cancelling and going elsewhere? I've got my pac code.

    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to Vodafone first and they have asked me to contact YouTube, later Vodafone also gave the same response. "the issue is under investigation".

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ££ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

    @VodafoneUK Can you sort out your app and online accounts? Both myself and my Husband upgraded a couple of weeks ago and now we can't see our data usage. Keep getting fobbed off by customer support. They don't appear to understand the issue...

    @VodafoneUK Anyone recommend a good phone company to go with? Been with vodaphone nearly 10 years, Prices always increase and signal quality has dipped, Plus just found out they control your download speed depending on your contract so dont matter if you have a 5g unless your paying loads

    @DartsKane @VodafoneUK The question asked was so simple, what are the upgrade options and cancel options. Then they were talking about a watch with a handset, had no idea what was going on. £126 paid to them today, been a loyal customer for years, multiples contracts and they say £65 is still owed. 🤯
