    @VodafoneUK for about 2 days now I've had no 4g only H+ (sometimes just H) , yet on your site there's seemingly no 4g issues. Postcode CM20

    @nivie @VodafoneUK No they have not atrocious customer service. Totally useless. If you threaten to cancel you do get through tho.

    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    @VodafoneUK who do I contact in regards to my Google pixel 6 pro. Had it just 2 weeks and not impressed. the phone gets so hot, keeps freezing, battery life is awful and I have to keep re starting it.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, but received a handset this morning - wrong handset but at least I know VF does have phones - & spent another hour speaking with 2 more resolution managers trying to sort it out, only to be told to ring back tomorrow. If you can do better, though, I'll gladly send a DM.

    @VodafoneUK hi vodafone my.partner has opened a contract with yourselves and transferred a number from EE to vodafone. I can ring out but no one can ring me? Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK is pants as a business provider; 2hrs yesterday to upgrade one phone on the account only for them to upgrade a completely different number, and the only way to change it is to delete and send phone back and start again. Madness. Awful.
