    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK for about 2 days now I've had no 4g only H+ (sometimes just H) , yet on your site there's seemingly no 4g issues. Postcode CM20

    @VodafoneUK my 4g is STILL not working in the CM20 area. Works elsewhere around, so maybe a particular mast issue?

    @VodafoneUK Can you sort out your app and online accounts? Both myself and my Husband upgraded a couple of weeks ago and now we can't see our data usage. Keep getting fobbed off by customer support. They don't appear to understand the issue...

    @YDatguy @VodafoneUK Similar thing for me today 2.5 hours to be sold a deal(as a customer of almost 5 years) that is worse than what is available for any new customer on the website.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I bet you thought it would be the easiest negotiation in cell phone history. Not to worry... no phone contract is better than a bad phone contract. If they won't let you keep all your phone benefits after you cancel your payment plan just walk away without a deal...

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK As someone who started their career in the contact centre at @VodafoneUK the incompetence was probably from the customer....just sayin. Seriously. Get a grip. People have real problems in life. Like ringing daily and being on hold for hours to enquire about bounce back loans

Contacted Vodafone, told me there was 'maintenance' in the area and to wait 2 days, still nothing, swapped routers over, told to wait another day, still nothing. By this time it was the weekend...
