    @VodafoneUK for about 2 days now I've had no 4g only H+ (sometimes just H) , yet on your site there's seemingly no 4g issues. Postcode CM20

    @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service department who cannot follow a simple instruction to call me anytime after 5PM. Every few days the my call me during the day when I am at work and cannot resolve my complaint, and tell me they’ll rearrange a call for another day

    I’m a vulnerable customer I need to speak to @VodafoneUK about my bills I asked the automated service if I can speak to customer service but it won’t let me I even tried telling it I’m a vulnerable customer the machine replied “I don’t understand” #mondaythoughts

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ed, I did several times and was told everyone was busy. Then when I got through the agent has reset all my account, changed my user name, passwords. So apart from losing my phone number and the numerous issues I have had, yet again Vodafone haven’t listened

    Worst customer exp of my life today with @VodafoneUK. I received an email telling me they were cancelling my broadband at my request, I told them this isn’t true, they claimed to undo the cancellation, and today I wake up to my broadband terminated. Deeply frustrating
