@VodafoneUK I am fuming. Every month for the last 4 montns I have had to call you to complain that you have incorrectly charged my plan!!! And you have done it again this month. I have made a complaint and never even heard back from you last month. This is not on. Ever since 1/2

@VodafoneUK for about 2 days now I've had no 4g only H+ (sometimes just H) , yet on your site there's seemingly no 4g issues. Postcode CM20

@VodafoneUK Can you sort out your app and online accounts? Both myself and my Husband upgraded a couple of weeks ago and now we can't see our data usage. Keep getting fobbed off by customer support. They don't appear to understand the issue...

@VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

@VodafoneUK having mobile broadband problems again, the account holder has phoned upn3 times regarding this. We pay a lot a month for unlimited but sometimes we get 5g for a few minutes, then it disappears, now 4g keeps disconnecting, looking at other providers #maybethrottlingus

@VodafoneUK hi, my mobile internet connection isn’t working at all anywhere, yet 4g comes up. Can you help me with this please? Also the signal isn’t very good either

@VodafoneUK If you'd have replied sooner, that may have helped. But the five hours you ignored me did not help. And you still haven't answered the question as to whether you even make these types of phone calls.

@VodafoneUK terrible customer service. Only way for my mother in her 80s to change her address was to use the option “thinking of leaving”. Vodafone needs to be more conscious of its elderly customers who cannot do everything online.

@VodafoneUK Pointless telling you, won’t make much of a difference. I’m just making people aware of the poor quality of service I’ve experienced.
