Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

@VodafoneUK without a shadow of a doubt the worst costumer service I have ever experienced! 5 hours on a chat bot on multiple occasions plus 4 hours on a call and 7 days of waiting to transfer from pay as you go to pay monthly. I can’t get through to a reliable honest human!

When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

@VodafoneUK Your customer service is utterly appalling. My phone was ordered last week and was meant to be delivered on Monday. Still no phone. Still not even despatched despite numerous broken promises that it would ‘definitely be with me in 24 hours’. Just dreadful.
