@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK been a customer for 30 years ! left today due to Vodafone being uncompetive and unwilling to keep customers ! loyalty is a 2 way street and Vodafone clearly do not value its customer base @O2 much better value !

@VodafoneUK has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever come across. Not one team here knows what they are doing. Ask to speak to a manager and constantly get told there isn't one. Definitely will be moving all my contracts to someone else. 😡😡

Hey @VodafoneUK a few years ago you had problems where your home broadband service was showing Indian IP addresses for your customers as you assigned incorrect IP addresses to customers. It's started for me now, how do we get this rectified asap please?
