    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    If your thinking of using @VodafoneUK dont! Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Sent me to a store to sort my issue out, spent 2 hours in there to be back to square one and store cant sort the issue! No goodwill gesture offered either. Terrible

    @VodafoneUK 2 and a half hours later on a phone call you admit the mistake because you didn’t cancel the old broadband when you called me to upgrade and then say I will still be charged. That’s surely a breach of contact on your part?

    Thanks @vodafoneuk for cutting off my broadband when I’m working from home. Such inept service and now told it’ll be 16 Dec when it’s back. Do I get compensated for not being able to work? Can’t imagine so
