    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    Moved into a new house, WiFi worked for about a week, then broke, engineer couldn’t fix it so got sent out a new router, a week later it’s broken 😭 so bored of having to sit through hold & put from department to department. Sort it out @VodafoneUK

    @loftuskate78 @VodafoneUK Your a lucky one. I asked them to move my number from Vodafone to @VOXI_UK and they have messed it up. I am still waiting for the transfer to complete. I am not hopeful of a resolution! #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ryan unfortunately not. As I have two Vodafone connections I. Two different model iPhones both with the same issue I assume it’s either an iPhone limitation or Vodafone
