@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK The vodafone app has been down for 3 days now with technical difficulties. You have no problem taking money and shafting those who have been with you for years but you do have troubles when it comes to being honourable. Someone needs to take you down a notch or two

@VodafoneUK very disappointed in vodaphone. Cancelling my phone as I’m not happy and trying to get the money back couldn’t happen due to it being down. At least it gave me a reminder as to why I don’t want to be with you anymore

@VodafoneUK Total robbery! Network is unreliable in London since December! They confirmed that they are having technical issues. Yet they won’t let me leave unless I pay over £400+ termination fee! Stay away, save your sanity!
