    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @p1anetmatt @VodafoneUK they told me initially it was due to the distance from the fibre box to my house, i walked outside and put my hand on the box and said nope its only 15 feet, then it was due to distance from the exchange, which i turned 90deg and said its down the road, 1/5 a mile, i can see it..

    @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp incredibly poor service. I’ve taken a day off work for nothing and you are doing nothing to fix the issue

    @VodafoneUK Please improve Vodafone Karnataka (india) network coverage, people facing network congestion and slow 4G data speed issues,also call drop and connectivity issues. Please offer free callertunes and missed call alerts so that people wont move to jio or airtel.

    @VodafoneUK this is absolutely rubbish network I have used, sim only contract £42 per month but so weak and to low reception it doesn't connect the network is really annoying me and is effect my work.! is really bull SH!T, I may really thinking to end my contract with #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Hi, in the veryme section of your app I'm getting error 6201. After looking online this is because it wants my default browser to be safari but I'm android now (I was apple). Is there anyway you can fix this your end. I have missed free coffee 😞
