    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK hello, I sent another DM as Vodafone hasn’t seemed to cancel my contract even though I’ve joined a new network and moved my number over, too. I’m still receiving messages about my old contract, which should no longer be running.

    Also, @VodafoneUK 's staff is working from home, so the connection trying to speak to someone is extremely frustrating as well... Very poor customer experience this whole thing. 🤯🤬
