@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

Left 'the uk's best network' for Vodafone... Got my new phone on Monday and today is now 5 days on and my number has still not transferred... @VodafoneUK said it would be completed today, still not done and my number was meant to be changed by 15th at the latest🙄😒

@VodafoneUK can eat a bag of *****, my other half has been trying to get a phone replaced since it was delivered brand new and faulty and they've screwed up at every corner, they've then said they tried to contact her yesterday and have now closed the complaint

@VodafoneUK @BSTHydePark I have a problem with Vodafone Egypt in the system owned by the company. There is a glitch in the system and a violation of privacy. It is possible for someone to control your account from their application. You do not know him at all, and I have evidence for everything.

@VodafoneUK I have had loads of connectivity issues but it happens every call I make or receive now where the mobile signal drops and says call failed and only getting 2 bars on 4G mostly 3G what can I do to improve it please 🙏
