    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK we are calling the 56677 number and it is not connecting properly. When we select the payment option it ends the call. Please advise what we can do to pay our bill? This problem has gone on for 3 days now and we will not be paying a late payment fee for your error.
