@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK Which yesterday was shown as ‘experiencing issues’ not ‘undergoing maintenance’. As it stands it’s not a huge issue as the hotel we’re at has wifi, but it seems smoke and mirrors to say it’s maintenance on different masts?

@VodafoneUK Device reset and no change - it’s the same on my Wife’s phone too. 30’th and 31’st we had no problem streaming to apple TV via personal hotspot, but we can’t even load web pages or do a speed test right now. Your interactive map shows it being the same mast being worked on (1/2)
