    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Shocking service from yourselves. Agreed a new BB deal with you, expecting hub delivery last week. Never arrived called you today to be told the order was cancelled without our knowledge and there is nothing that can be done. Looks like I will be staying with @skytv!

    But @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGhana why does it take 1 mins to make a call to someone ..?You call someone and those voicemail and plenty talks really waste time , what if one is dying and wants to make an emergency call.. please work on it cos it’s annoying. Thank you

    @marksandspencer Order out for delivery by 5.30 for 2nd day. Not turned up. @JohnLewisRetail have never rung back about blinds problem. And on to my THIRD week with @VodafoneUK, who also never rang back as promised. Why are modern businesses so utterly **** at customer service?
