cantab77 (@Cantabulous1) reported from Fulbourn, England@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

I need written confirmation that vodafone has removed the erroneous negative mark against my credit. And an apology for the stress this is causing.
