    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport desperately need new masts and better signal in Cambridgeshire. A booming area with no reception. Don’t want to leave for @VodafoneUK after 15 years but...

    And after wasting my time sending over all the details via DM, they also can't help me. What a shambles of a company @VodafoneUK are. The simplest request turned into a farce by awful internal policies and systems.

    Been with @VodafoneUK for some time and it’s taken 1 disastrous attempt at an upgrade for me to leave and categorically state I will never return or recommend!!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Same here, service is awful, everytime we mention it, we get told that you know about the issue as there have been loads of complaints, and do nothing, We also have our internet with you, when you check the speeds they are fab, but the signal from the router is awful

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone's network is very, very bad, and there is no final internet, and I complained a lot and there is no benefit

    @TheFCA Perhaps @VodafoneUK could be looked into for the way they are treating customers, or should I say once customers, you could say its revenge for leaving their network

    @VodafoneUK 24 hours later you’ve not responded to my dm and my data is still edge. I’m with you because of your roaming. No other reason. Your business accounts are still roaming fine. You’ve not given me a time frame for a fix. Who do I send my bill to for having to purchase a local sim.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your quick response. I thought that it was in my husbands name but we can't login to the account as we've forgotten the login details. I think he'll have to phone up your helpline. Can you let me have their contact number please?
