    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Izzy after 1.45 minutes the chat crashed even though I was messaging back as required every few minutes. When I did get through to upgrades again I was told the offer of £10 for 100gb for being a loyal customer was not available so not sorted at all.

    @VodafoneUK TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! - ENGINEER NO SHOW, NO RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION AND NO INTERNET FOR 7 DAYS NOW! P1. Ordered new broadband 18th Nov over phone as wouldn’t work online. Part of order (router & dongle) received on 6th December. SIM card & Apple TV 4K both missing.

    @VodafoneUK how do I get to speak to an agent on the phone? The technical team through the live chat couldn’t help me and suggested I call 191. Everytime I call the automated answer puts me through to the online chat. I have been on the phone for over an hour and a half.

    @VodafoneUK My partner (Joseph Henry) ordered a Samsung S21. It came today and it states that pack contains USB lead. There isn't one! Impossible to use phone without it. I contacted Samsung; they say if we contact you they will send us USB lead. Please help.

    After being a loyal customer to @EE for over 15years I’m actually gonna leave them.All because their staff couldn’t find the “right deal” for me.I just want a sim only deal with unlimited everything.Networks like @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK provide that for under £20. I def need to look
