    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    >@VodafoneUK Customer feedback. Dealing with your TOBi chat line is utterly excruciating. Dreadful experience for the customer. It would be quicker and more effective to use a blanket and smoke and signal to communicate.

    Absoloute shamboliccustomer service from @VodafoneUK! Waited 5 weeks to change a number over whilst paying for both contracts. To be told halfway through the phone call that there now closed and can’t do it!! Taken £1000’s off me over the years then treat you like a piece of ****

    @VodafoneUK It's showing connected yet did test tonight and same issue and there is an outrage so I don't trust your tests as says it's working and it clearly isn't. Xbox is fine as had friend connect with their sky broadband and it worked fine so issue is with your company.

    @VodafoneUK hi my internet broadband connection keeps disconnecting every midnight until 3 am. this has happened continuously please fix!
