    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Was unable to log in to my account on VF site, but perhaps that's just because it's a brand new order? I'll give it another go tomorrow. Am I right in understanding on the requested day of number transfer, service will only cease on current SIM once the number port is actioned?

    @VodafoneUK is there a monthly limit to how much I can use my hotspot? And if so, could it be extended? @HyperopticCS have been unable to fix my Wi-Fi after 7 days, and still no word when will be fixed. So having to HS when wfh. Is there anything you can do?

    @VodafoneUK absolute nightmare trying to contact Vodafone to speak to an advisor, our internet/Wi-Fi has been down since Friday 12th August it appears that a lot of my neighbours are down to, please help.

    @VodafoneUK There have been continual outages on the mobile network in and around SL0 0NH. I have been without any mobile coverage for over four hours today. This happens at least once a week at the moment. A lot of people @PinewoodStudios affected. #Vodafonedown
