    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    .@EE just been hung up upon by Dean! How professional is that? Anyone wanting to deal with EE should beware! Customer care is non existent and compensation after 4 months of not having full broadband is insulting as I’ve spent more @VodafoneUK going over my data allowance! AVOID!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for letting me know. Did I miss a communication about this via my bill? I’m really surprised- was there a consultation or some customer-available reasoning behind this decision? It may make me change network.

    @VodafoneProbs So after spending hours & hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK for the past two weeks, they still cannot provide basic customer service or sort my network/signal problem out. They have tried sim swap & disconnected line for 1 hour. No fix but a charge for cancellation

    @EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good

    @VodafoneUK can you please stop asking me to stop posting publicly! Apparently its because of their highly efficient customer support system. Yet to see any signs of such system. Just get my number transferred!
