    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @KIRKDGAV @VodafoneUK Good luck funnily I have a billing issue also but I'm waiting for store to reopen as they sort contract,in fairness spoke to Vodafone direct couldn't help me but did phone back when he promised to.

    @VodafoneUK been on the phone fore 2hours and then the call was cancelled. Spoke on the online chat to 5teams to try and cancel my contract within the Colling person. (Last day today). Poor service as the chat suddenly closed after an hour of speaking with various agents ...

    I genuinely believe @VodafoneUK have some of the worst customer service out there. Social Media = ignored. Web Site = inaccurate. Technical knowledge/ capabilities = that of a 5 year old. Looks like I’ll be without a phone for a week!
