Just dreadful!

I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

Funny how this is so hard to do, awful customer service. Different when you want a new contract

No mobile phone. Completely isolated. My husband just keeps getting told "will be resolved within 48 hours" 😒

Adam J Edge (@adamjedge) reportedTime for a new phone yet the @VodafoneUK app says my screen is showing signs of damage. Erm, it’s in perfect condition and has been in a case since day one. Perhaps if they made a test that you could see properly it might be better. Time to switch I think
