    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Yeah you need a map like the mobile coverage. Wasting ten minutes talking to your ‘technical department’ who rob you of the will to live, could be easily averted if you could just look up your postcode and see if there is currently a problem

    I dont know how many times I have posted complaints about the bad service i have endured from Vodacom @Vodacom @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. Thats Vodacom. Wish I had a white surname, this would have been long resolved. They dont treat white people the same way they treat blacks

    @VodafoneUK loyal customer for 7 years trying to move broadband address: hardware sent to wrong address>switch date not met>next date ages away>no internet>order cancelled due to internal error>slapped with a termination fee>terrible customer service on phone. What will you do?
