    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @BBCWatchdog we have been blatantly lied to by @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp on several occasions in the last month - hours and hours of our lives spent on the phone, live chats and emails and we still have no WiFi - you honestly couldn’t believe the ‘service’ we have received

    HELP @VodafoneUK I’ve been on the phone for over 25 mins whilst your operative tries unsuccessfully 3 times to divert my landline to my voicemail of my mobile no. Why does this take so long every time I request this? Why doesn’t the ONMC APP work any more?

    @VodafoneUK Great sentiment but since going to fibre my broadband and home phone line is appalling, unreliable, patchy service, have spoken to experts who can see my system dips in and out but the voda system tells them it must be something in my home environment!!!Avoid Voda at all costs.
