    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @AuzzieKing @VodafoneUK It’s sorted now bestie its because I was speaking to this white Middle Aged woman called Stella who didn’t know where iPhone settings were to guide me to where I needed to go she put me on hold for 1 hour, took 2-3 hours just to get service
