    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @paulbforeman @VodafoneUK Manager? What manager? I spoke to one and she was supposed to ring me back to ensure the problem was resolved. But the call back never happened and the problem was not resolved.

    Dear @VodafoneUK you ask me to call your Additional Support Team, but don't give a number. You tell me it is fine you just need to call the standard number. I call the standard number but it won't put me through instead it tells me I have to call another number, which can't help

    Just noticed @O2uk has gained pp for a 22m mast in Barnehurst golf course. I really hope @Vodafoneuk join this site as it will fill a big hole in poor coverage, otherwise I may have to consider changing provider on completion!!

    @Samsung @VodafoneUK disappointed with the way you treat your customers I've had my samsung charger for 6 years on it's last legs and we paid for the phone and a upfront cost for it i upgraded today and you don't supply us with a new charger for it

    @VodafoneUK @stephencomedy Wow a celebrity says they want to leave and your All over it, I was trying to sort an issue with my broadband yesterday. Kept on a chat for 7 1/2 hours. Passed between customer services, wifi experts and retentions. I spoke to 11 people. Issue not fixed no one took ownership.
