@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK @barnardos Be aware that the salary of the Chief Executive of @barnardos in 2016 was £180,000. God knows what it is now. I cancelled my monthly contribution to the charity because I wanted my money to support needy and abused children, not to support the Chief Executive’s lifestyle.

Got to be honest. @VodafoneUK live chat is possibly the worst online customer service I have ever experienced. Over two hours, chat reset twice, passed from dept to dept with nobody addressing my issue. I get the whole Covid issue with support but this is terrible.

@VodafoneUK I’m already with your rubbish network and leaving. The nearest you could offer with loyalty discount was £65 a month and £100 upfront. No where near as good as sky £47 a month with zero up front
