@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@MoneySavingExp why do you offer a £150 gift card for @VodafoneUK broadband if they are just gonna cancel the order, make you sign up again over the phone and not honour the gift card? Pretty sure this is practise breaks numerous guidelines! @Ofcom

Been with @VodafoneUK for 20yr..now forced to sort issues out through chatbox rather than convo with a human.much quicker. getting charges and although charges dropped this is just long and frustrating. Im done. Need human contact #done #nomorebots #CustomerService

@SenseVet @VodafoneUK Its the 80/20 rule.. 80% can be done online or self service. It's the rubbish processes for the 20% Not going to criticise the agent.. he did his best & was helpful with refresh links when the page went wobbly.. he was obviously overseas.. clear by his comment about Mail strikes

@VodafoneUK ridiculous customer service. I am trying to update my dad's account to cancel his current number and update with a new number with the correct pac/stac code. I am not happy that after 1 hour of my valuable time was wasted to say the code is wrong which isn't the case

@VodafoneUK @vishsofly Discusting customer service. Disconnected my broadband just for reneweing my contract. 2 hours on the phone and online chat and still no internet. Why would you deactivate to reactivate again for contract and leave people stranded for contract renewal?????
