@O2 @VodafoneUK Still no signal in Braunton EX33, 3 weeks now. Bit of a poor showing. No 2G, 3G, or 4G. Outgoing emergency calls only. It's not as if you aren't aware of it.

@VodafoneUK Hi Kate, I spoke to your sales team prior to my original message. Sadly they weren’t as sorry to see me leave as you are and happily gave me a PAC code rather than match the terms that any new customer can easily obtain. Sadly for me, I had to go to O2 to get that.

@VodafoneUK What is the customer service number please? I bought 3 data addons for my phone. Got told I’d get a text when it’s activated. I needed internet on my phone yesterday. 2345 didn’t give me any help, just top up options.

@NattyMats4 @VodafoneUK Natalie, i used @resolvercouk to help me and only then, they've acknowledged it after causing me 15 months of stress and anxiety, threatening with bailiffs to knock on my door. Do, try them as they were amazing and free of charge!

@VodafoneUK It really doesn’t make any difference, check out your IVR options, cuts off and sends you a link to live chat to someone who clearly has no idea what you want, despite clearly stating several times, 1 hour 45 mins and 💥 not the first time, probs double digits on problems now!
