@VodafoneUK another horrendous experience trying to resolve our broadband issues! Been going on since March - calls cut off, messages to say team has called when no calls received. Absolutely at a loss as how we resolve this without cancelling and incurring penalties 😡

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, please don't suggest you will take a closer look if the person who responds just brushes it off with generic responses. Good to know Vodafone doesn't facilitate use of emergency service messages. I'll be sure to pass that on.
