@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK my UK Lebara number is not working in India. I was told by the Lebara executives that Lebara had a tie up with Vodafone in india. I’m still not getting any vodafone service. Please help.

Now there won’t be another update from @VodafoneUK and @WeAreOpenreach until tomorrow which will be day 10 of no internet I should be able to cancel my contract free of charge at this point

Just had the worst customer service experience from @virginmedia the agent was incredibly rude as I’m trying to cancel my contract, no way to win people over. I’d move to @VodafoneUK but the infrastructure isn’t up to scratch looking at you @WeAreOpenreach 👀 6mbps is awful
