    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @Chawkes80 @VodafoneUK Pretty rubbish Ches. Sadly the competition aren’t much better. I thought I knew what unreliability was after running old Jags, but that was before signing up to @virginmedia currently enjoying the novelty of functioning broadband after the latest 5 day outage

    @VodafoneUK I have 2 numbers on my account, both on exact same contract. The one I use has no spend manager set, I can send photo/mms messages, never charged. The other one my hubby uses, had spend manager set to zero, couldn't send, I removed it & it's charging. Why?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I sent a DM about a problem with applying my usual top up voucher on PAYG as my plan seems to have been changed to PAYG 1 (or something) for some reason and I can't apply the voucher. Is it possible for someone to respond please??

    @VodafoneUK vodafone service is not very good had faulty router so recycled. Vodafone sent another by DPD who wouldn’t hand over as wanted a return never told this by them. DPD said would return same day but didn’t

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Since this I got wifi installed and it is down after 2days & same problem blaming each other. I have lost nearly 2 days pay in missed engineer appointments & time taking ringing up. My baby is unwell & this id time taken away from him.
