My elderly father has been waiting over 5 days for @VodafoneUK to reconnect his phone line after changing provider to them, keep telling him wait 24hr+ . Don’t think this ‘new customer’ experience is at all satisfactory. @Ofcom

I just lost 2 whole hours of my life trying to upload apps from @VodafoneUK & @forduk - all the problems seem to stem from the fact that bloody @Google thinks I’m still in Australia so only offers me Ford Aus or Vodafone Aus apps. 21st century problems but what a waste of time!

What is going on with @O2 in and around Havant area? I moved from @VodafoneUK 3 weeks ago and it’s literally the worst coverage for data I have ever seen! Full 4G but takes 10 minutes to load anything. Shocking.

@VodafoneUK brought 2 smart watches this year, neither work and the stores nor phone help have been able to sort it, can't make it recieve calls unless we have our phones with the watches, why can no one just do what's needed on my account?
