@VodafoneUK Yes, we tried on multiple devices and after spending over 2 hours on live chat we were simply told at the end "It must be a system error, I cannot help you." This means we've now missed out on the promotion too

@VodafoneUK Hi George thank you for responding. I have since managed to access my account & run a broadband test which returned showing no faults. I have borrowed a 5m ethernet cable and moved hub nearer to my PC. The PC found my network & connected but it didn't last. Need a wifi booster.
