@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK I just got connected to an advisor. My issue is resolved. The service as always with Vodafone is great but the call waiting time is frighteningly long. Over 2 hours is way too long for a big company like Vodafone. I can appreciate it's Christmas too but still....

3 month for @VodafoneUK to finally do what they needed to do to get wifi calling enabled on my phone. Having been lied to and patronised, the problem was at their end like I said it was in October. Shame the CEO had to get involved.
