@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

Just been ripped off £29 just to call @zaynmalik and listen to 5 seconds of a sneak peak of his song. Never mind paying another £10 for the CD Barely afford my phone bill as it is and there was no warning in his tweet or before calling to say how much I'd be charged @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK hi I have been trying to get in touch about my tablet plan this ended in dec tried calling as I don’t wantto renew impossible to get through tried on the website can’t see any options to speak to an advisor why is it so impossible to cancel I don’t want to call again.
