@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK after 5 live chats and 2 phone calls this week (4 hours this afternoon alone) I give up. I'm sick and tired of shoddy customer service. I've been cut off in mid chat, I've talked to people who come across as if it is me who's wasting their time!
