@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

His £20/m mobile broadband (data only) sim contract became £200/m. 3 times he called and they promised to block all payments. He cancelled in the end and went off-line.

Be careful with online/text scams people, it's ******* rife at the minute I got a bogus @VodafoneUK text earlier, and a mate has just been emptied out by a payment service they use Christmas is hard enough this year without being stolen from too

I upgrade my phone last week with Vodafone. Since the upgrade I have no internet on my phone for five days and after spending hours and hours on the phone to them I’m no further forward. Customer service is atrocious @VodafoneUK

I’m sick of @VodafoneUK I ordered the new iPhone the week it came out for pre order I STILL haven’t received it. Ring to cancel it and they literally make it impossible, worst type of companies to deal with.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK In Vodafone’s defence, and as a rational human being, I had a fantastic experience with Vodafone’s customer service today who solved my problem quickly and efficiently. In your case I suspect it was ‘user error’ given you’re such a large cockwomble.
