@Razorhazor @VodafoneUK I also applied a discount code which worked! They can see one order on my account now apparently despite me having 3 order confirmations so far! I’m cancelling anyway and going with carphone warehouse instead - much better deal and service 👍🏼

@VOXI_UK missing SIM for well over 3 weeks now. Told to go to @VodafoneUK store. Went to Hammersmith store and staff couldn't/didn't want to help. Please advise.

@Trexontour @VodafoneUK It’s all the time now, I never ever had problems, I stream music all the time in my car, but the last few months I’m lucky if the song plays all the way though- 35 minutes to play one tune! and my service constantly drops from 4G to 3G which is slower than dial up,

@lcollins798 @VodafoneUK That's what I thought but turned out it never went through. They had to do it manually and then confirmation came through straightaway

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Terrible. Not due to bereavement but we had repeated Bailiff threats AFTER the contract ended. Had to threaten legal action and negotiate with threatening staff down to 0. Only after dedicating two full days to it plus their call charges would they drop the intimidation. Crooks.
