    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    UPDATE There won't be an episode this Sunday But due to our internet not working since friday, I haven't been able to upload it @VodafoneUK has really been no help We still don't know when it will be back on but I will upload the next episode straight away

    @VodafoneUK what is happening now? The new tenants signed up for Virgin on 1 March 2022. I told Vodafone to cancel then too, so why keep charging me? Looks like a scam by vodafone to charge outgoing customers, the fact you dont save the records of my cancellation is not my issue.

    .@VodafoneUK I’ve got my broadband package but it isn’t pairing!! Your advice is to call the helpline which disconnects everytime I call. I have to wfh but as with my mobile data, it constantly crashes. I need urgent help!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Good for you. What about sending debt collectors to grieving families left behind with contracts for the deceased that are extremely difficult to cancel ? Maybe sort that first before being all charitable.. I'm advising my elderly parents to cancel your services asap.
