    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    I dont know how many times I have posted complaints about the bad service i have endured from Vodacom @Vodacom @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. Thats Vodacom. Wish I had a white surname, this would have been long resolved. They dont treat white people the same way they treat blacks

    @VodafoneUK Yeah you need a map like the mobile coverage. Wasting ten minutes talking to your ‘technical department’ who rob you of the will to live, could be easily averted if you could just look up your postcode and see if there is currently a problem
