@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

Companies like @ee and @02 allow you to unlock any phone you buy. A lot more easier then they used to. But @VodafoneUK are still a joke. They expect you to be a customer for 30 days on a pay as you go sim. Top up make a call. Then let you request to unlock a phone. Absolute joke.

@VodafoneUK and @CityFibre me and my housemate have spent 4 months waiting for fibre broadband to be installed, and last night the dongle we've been using for wi-fi died. I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot to get even *some* connection. Please help us get back online.

@VodafoneUK Dongle on the modem doesn't work either. App is crappy. Everytime I type something, the keyboard covers the area where the text is being typed. So no way of knowing what is being typed.
