@VodafoneUK No, it doesn't. Previously it had been a system error and due to that I lost a phone number I had for over a decade. As I've had this issue in the past I want confirmation before I order.

@VodafoneUK Yes @VodafoneUK .. Its not the communication I have an issue with. Its the fact its now 10 days late, and that I paid for next day delivery and to terminate early. To be this late is not acceptable.

5. Out of frustration I went on the @VodafoneUK website to make a complaint. No surprises I got a Bot who told me to cancel a contract I should call 191 🤬 After this message from the Bot I typed ‘Your Company is terrible’ into the chat and a miracle occurred.

If you are looking to cancel a contract with @VodafoneUK My contract expired 14 months ago so should have been simple, it was for an unused tablet: 1. Their shops are happy to upsell / upgrade but do not have the capability to cancel contracts. They will tell you to call 191.

@Sederrick @VodafoneUK I actually cried over this. The thing is it was only £12 a month but if I didn’t actually have the money it would have been so much more stressful. It’s an appalling way to treat customers.
