@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

Order delayed and customer service promised delivery in 48 hours everyday since Tuesday @VodafoneUK but still not even a dispatched notification. Was told I can’t cancel either until I receive it. Shambles.

@PriscillaMay @VodafoneUK That's easy to resolve: a chargeback on your card for any payment you've made will be handled by your bank at which point they HAVE to cancel the order. Also distance selling regulations. Contract cooling off periods apply. Don't be fobbed off. I've given person on phone 24 hrs.

@VodafoneUK my husbands new work laptop keeps dropping out of our WiFi on the vpn, he has now hardwired into the router which is working fine. Problem is, he can’t work from the room the router is in. His work IT have suggested there may be some settings that need changing?

@RClayton92 @VodafoneUK Funny that. I sent email after email to cancel mine WITHIN THE COOLING OFF PERIOD. Not a sausage except threatening emails telling me I owed them money. I've got the shite they sent, paid the bloody money on my head and STILL don't want the shite. Awful.
