    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @VodafoneUK I used to love this service but now they can't even resolve a simple issue with my billing. I got two watches the apple watch and S watch 3 I thought I was being charge £27 and £21 but vodafone decides to add on extra cost then act stupid when it comes to me noticing

    @CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Worst not only in BB but their phone contracts and CS team there also are possibly the best example of how NOT to treat a customer! Try Virgin, not great CS either but very good BB.

    If considering changing your broadband provider to @VodafoneUK , DON’T DO IT! They are quite possibly the worst customer service team I have ever had to deal with. Not only am I not getting WIFI, (it’s 2021 and I live in London 🙄) they advised me to knock

    @VodafoneUK Hi Beth, Im travelling around so wouldn’t know where I’d be whenever it would arrive.... and post from UK to NZ is also experiencing a lot of delays! Also no one in the UK would fancy a trip to a horrible crowded post office with the covid situation :(

    @VodafoneUK a friend has just told me you're switching off Suresignals in May. Why they are such a great piece of kit are you going to make sure I have a mobile signal in cornwall first? So many parts of the county with no signal here. Sure signal saves me!
