@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@capotribu @VodafoneUK Incidentally, I despise this annual CPI+% increase malarkey. BT do it too. It's a scam. Went to Zen for internet recently because they're still a decent company. Big companies take us all for a ride and deliver terrible service. See BA for literal representation of that.

@capotribu @VodafoneUK I would never ordinarily say this lightly, but is it any better elsewhere? Mobile providers now a cartel. I was with O2 for years, they became the worst, so went to Vodafone . Tried O2 again a couple of years back, and quite unbelievably they'd got EVEN WORSE!

The @VodafoneUK customer service process is cretinous. Your live chat tells me it can't help, I need to call 191. Whichever option I pick when I call 191 sends me to live chat. See the problem? I have been with you for 20 years I think it's reasonable I speak with someone.

@VodafoneUK you've just emailed me to tell me my monthly plan is increasing by 14.%, yet your service continues to degrade. What are your plans for improving coverage in rural communities? Currently I have no signal, and no prospect of signal either!
