    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to Vodafone first and they have asked me to contact YouTube, later Vodafone also gave the same response. "the issue is under investigation".

    @VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ££ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @VodafoneUK at all. I am in a remote location and can not get access to live chat or phone. I need help I had to drive two hours. Stand in rain to get in touch with Vodafone. And was completely disrespected and discriminated against by a guy called Jack. He gave no help at all

    @VodafoneUK Asked why my mother is being charged £1 a day. Your customer service person could only reply what was on her script. We are now looking at other mobile companies for her. She has been with Vodafone for years. Vodafone treat their customers appallingly.
