    @nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @VodafoneUK wifi was down since yesterday morning,spent over 5 hours on the phone to 3 different WiFi Xperts missed the world cup final 2get absolutely no where. Poor considering,I have your top broadband package with guaranteed help.Hardware & software on ure router is terrible

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK I sent a dm on 15th as requested still no response. You managed to connect 50 houses on my estate, yet for bizarre reason are unable to connect mine and only mine. Even though you've fed the fibre cable to my garden. It's almost like you don't want help.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I was told you couldn’t transfer the plan to old Voxi sim I had and to wait few days so I could be refunded then went back and forth over this and pin questions every time I answered then now I am told I won’t be refunded wtf

    @vodafoneuk Absolutely SHOCKING service. We were told broadband couldn t be connected until 22nd Dec after our house move...that was bad enough-but its now been changed to 4th January! Am in a terrible signal area so my data is useless. Utterly frustrated.
