    @VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

    @SamsungUK wife's S9 not able to answer called when someone calls but they can hear her. Any idea of a fix? We have reset the phone but it worked for one call then back to not working @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Sadly I can’t get into my account now. Locked me out and won’t accept a password reset. Not sure if it’s a service problem but before I lob my phone out of frustration, I’m walking away for a bit. Will try again later.

    @VodafoneUK how can I get be my broadband contract, when my speeds haven’t been up to scratch for about 8 months, I can’t even put a request in for money back as my app says my speeds are still adjusting. And don’t give me that DM us crap, as you do nothing

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service tonight... 45 mins in a queue to then be told sorry can't actually help as we are doing a system upgrade call this number,sorry no one is available right now. broadband service that needs 50p adding to a meter every 5 mins to work

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    For anyone having similar issues: 1) there's an automatic compensation scheme (£8.40 a day for no broadband), but you have to wait until 30 days after it's fixed to get it. 2) Vodafone will credit a Vodafone sim with data if you have one. That's it. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Shocking service. Been loyal 20 years with 3 phones. I want to upgrade 1 phone and am told no loyalty discount can apply but would check with manager. Got cut off. I ring again another advisor said no call backs are made and defo no discounts. Sort of makes my mind up
