@VodafoneUK I’ve got sorted with an chat last night but I think you need to look at the form. How can it want to send a text to a phone that you are trying to activate a sim for? Then the link for can’t receive a text sends you back to the same form. You need to review the customer journey

If you buy a second hand phone from a store or a person make sure they wasn’t with @VodafoneUK because they’re the only company unwilling to help unblacklist a phone the scummy previous owner decided to list as lost or stolen as soon as it was sold from the shop they sold it too!

@markchristie @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I had such a bad experience cancelling a dongle contract with them I vowed never to give them a penny again. Happily signed up with EE even thought there’s no service at the house (this is a hidden advantage actually. :-) )
