@VodafoneUK how can I get be my broadband contract, when my speeds haven’t been up to scratch for about 8 months, I can’t even put a request in for money back as my app says my speeds are still adjusting. And don’t give me that DM us crap, as you do nothing

@VodafoneUK sadly my broadband connection is just as rubbish. The router software upgrade made no difference, I am sure it is a copper wire connection to my house that has the problem. How do I get someone at Vodaphone to check this?

Don’t get @VodafoneUK. Went in store to order phone, find they had ordered the wrong one, asked to cancel, still waiting and can’t order the one I want until it’s completed. I wanted it specifically for camera use for once a life event…. Been told I can’t order until too late!

7. After 3 weeks of escalating the case for review, the case has been closed because for some reason one customer sevice person stated i wasn’t accepting the offer. @VodafoneUK can you ask? If i didn’t accept the offer why was the phone picked up from my house for repair again
