Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP.
