    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

    Jesus ******* Christ, @vodafoneUk - your customer support has been utterly appalling and I would certainly not recommend your Business Broadband to anybody I know. Not if I wanted then to stay friends anyway. (It was supposed to go live Tuesday. They've decided Friday instead)

    @VodafoneUK That link doesn't work. I couldn't see my contract end date anywhere on your apps or site, but a message telling me I could upgrade early in June, 3 months after I knew my contract ended. When I contacted your Web chat team they told me it ended in August.

    @VodafoneUK Checked out your passes, way to complicated. I stream a lot of internet radio, didn’t see a pass for that. No thanks, you’ve lost a loyal customer you had for 10 yrs. I’ve ordered a Giffgaff sim. £15 for unlimited calls and texts and 8GB a month. All you had to do was match that.

    @VodafoneIN money is been deducted from my account I don't know why, neither I subscribe for any chargeble offer. I want the money to be funded back to my account or else I will the network provider. This has not happened for thr 1st it hapened before as well. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK just spent 5 weeks trying to get the imbeciles at vodauseless to repair my 5 month old iPhone 11 have called over 10 times and still no resolution there auto play tells you to go to one of their stores !!! Great way to treat a customer of over 20 years !!!!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK What a joke. Cant get in touch with anyone at THREE. Not even chat after waiting 30 mins. Terrible service and connection issues slow speeds. Expected to pay for it including a SCAM email sent to my 4G Home Broadband. £4.50 added to bill. I now wish to CANCEL but can't CALL.!
