    @VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @SamsungUK wife's S9 not able to answer called when someone calls but they can hear her. Any idea of a fix? We have reset the phone but it worked for one call then back to not working @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    And yet another @VodafoneUK debacle: an agent was supposed to call 5-7p, left my phone 2 mins to go to the toilet and of course he called. Not his fault, his fault is that instead of calling me back he sent an email schedulling a call on 17/4/21...worst customer service ever.

    @me_laniejane @VodafoneUK Hi! Just noticed your reply, yes we're still having issues. Have they called you yet? I had a DM from them a few hours ago saying they have noticed there's an issue in the area and an engineer is working on it but that was a while ago.

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my father's account. He has Alzheimer's and is no longer capable of using his phone. I spent an hour on chat to your customer services who just don't know what to do. Tried to report critical illness, number doesn't work. Shocking!

    @katiesedd @VodafoneUK They didn't call but we spoke to them on webchat, we were told there has been an outage since this mornings engineers are trying to fix it but it can be between 24 and 48 working hours, luckily my son has a vodafone contract so they have given him unlimited data for 30 days

    @OfficialBrooner @SkyUK @VodafoneUK This is my parents' who live 150 miles away. Sky won't let them cancel as they only renewed their contract 2 months ago, they are demanding hefty exit fees. Lastly, it won't go 'viral', it isn't interesting enough, that's why I'm promoting it...

    Sad when you have to call your service provider of over 10 years @EE to upgrade your phone after much thought and deliberation. And then you get a rude and abrasive person with little or no patience. We've all suffered in this pandemic. Been thinking about @VodafoneUK switch too!
