    @VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

    @VodafoneUK my mobile signal is awful in my village, currently no bars sat a home. Someone mentioned a booster you can provide, could you confirm this is correct and how to sort it out otherwise I will be looking to changing provider.

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Sadie. Didn’t mention that my landline isn’t working either, hasn’t done since it was installed!! I don’t use it, so it hasn’t been a problem, but it’s another thing that isn’t working. 😵‍💫 I’ll DM.

    @VodafoneUK Already in flight above your level. Quite frankly the service you have provided is the worst I have recieved in all three of the UK, US, and Australia. And for my sins I have dealt with ISPs in all three. Your service has been so far exceptionally low quality.

    Hi @VodafoneUK ... OK, so I reached my data limit and M-- from your customer service team rang up and asked me if I wanted to add a bigger data packet to my plan. Does this affect how I'm charged for roaming, if I do? He said not. I'm unconvinced. Isn't this a contract change?

    @VodafoneUK You could help by canceling my contract Mark. I'm sim only, why in the name of god would I want to be tied to a contract Vodafone sneakily imprisoned me with in an email. I accept in hindsight I should have read the tons of emails that I deleted without opening We live and learn
