@SamsungUK wife's S9 not able to answer called when someone calls but they can hear her. Any idea of a fix? We have reset the phone but it worked for one call then back to not working @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

Not often you get to praise companies on here. But @VodafoneUK are capable of providing real value for money. Just spent over £200 to get out of a contract with them. A tiny price to pay for never having to deal with their "customer service" ever again.

Gotta love @VodafoneUK increasing our contract monthly amounts by 14% mid contract whilst cost of livings are so high /s It was bad enough that mobile operators were allowed to increase prices mid contract term matching RPI when it was 2% let alone at this ridiculous rate now.

@VodafoneUK Hi, up until a few months back I've had years of strong VF cellular signal in my house, but now I'm only getting 1 bar. Same phone, and my wife's phone (also on VF) is the same. No problems on the coverage checker. Please could you investigate for me?
