@VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK When the automated service asks what your enquiry is about, just reply "LEAVING VODAFONE" and they become pretty compliant - they even gave me a free extra £20 credit when I did so. ;)
