@nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

@VodafoneUK my mobile signal is awful in my village, currently no bars sat a home. Someone mentioned a booster you can provide, could you confirm this is correct and how to sort it out otherwise I will be looking to changing provider.

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I dont think that starting customer service after a 2 hour wait, and then leaving midway through without explanation, Now for another hour. Is really the sort of behaviour Vodafone should let slide in Voxi. They are going to lose custom really fast this way!
