Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! Iโve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!

Hopefully we'll complete soon.
