    @VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

    @VodafoneUK did a tariff transfer to avoid roaming charges in USA. Confirmed by call center (transcript also confirms from online support). Turns out that was misinformation on each account. My account is still being charged and I'm going to be nearly £100 out of pocket.

    @VodafoneUK I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. @OpenreachHelp sent an engineer who didn't have the equipment to do the installation today, it seems there is only one vehicle with a bucket lift and it broke down last week...
