@VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

@VodafoneUK Hi, it's up to date and I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it still happens but it does seem to work and stop intermittently so I knows it still powering the lab, might be a phone issue when it's smart charging or something and it just displays that msg as an error
