Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

So there must be something wrong with transmitter. I’ve got an 02 payg sim I can use so I’ll switch to them soonest. Very disappointed.

Nobody turned up, you never contacted us as to why, I’ve had to chase this all the way. I believe there was never anyone booked for the 9th April as promised.
