@VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • iratekiwi Rob Fairclough (@iratekiwi) reported

@VodafoneUK wow, terrible service. Got broadband a couple of months ago. The engineer put the router behind the tv downstairs. Tech dept guy says the router is in the right place but we need to move the tv? Signal drops all the time. Sky was much better.

  • APedroCarvalho2 A. Pedro Carvalho (@APedroCarvalho2) reported

@VodafoneUK your network is getting less and less reliable in the southwest. Yesterday afternoon no signal for about 3h. Are you going to reimburse or give some kind of compensation to your clients? Paying for a service that really isn’t great

  • arjayo Joe VO'Connor 💛💙😷 (@arjayo) reported

@VodafoneUK Tell me how it's good value paying £49/month for 200Mbps fibre broadband you have had no access to for FIFTEEN HOURS and receive no reply whatsoever from your service provider after repeatedly trying to reach them? Two of this household WFH.

  • AbbyHants AbbyHants (@AbbyHants) reported

@VodafoneUK two phone calls over the last month each lasting one hour. A promise of compensation for awful service. Still heard nothing. Tried 5x times today to speak to a human but bot doesn’t recognise ‘ongoing problem’ so keeps cutting me off. Help please I’m at my wits end.

  • CoconutSugah I'm Staying Right Here! 🇬🇾|🇬🇧 (@CoconutSugah) reported

WiFi down again. This becoming a frequent issue @VodafoneUK people are working from home. This is really annoying especially as no comments are found online or in the app.

  • excitedpixels Jeremy Wood (@excitedpixels) reported

@VodafoneUK No , all your digital chat services seem to be broken. The button "needs help" does nothing and it has an error message saying call 191. Really not happy ... seems loyalty is worthless to you :( I feel worthless as a disabled customer at this moment in time.

  • Faye49108937 Faye (@Faye49108937) reported

@VodafoneUK Easier said than done, I’ve had the worst ever experience with Vodafone close to a mental breakdown what you have caused , I want this whole thing looking into or I’m going straight to the financial ombudsman because let’s be real Vodafone havnt really got a leg to stand on

  • GY1Matt Matt (@GY1Matt) reported

How very nice of @VodafoneUK to send me a threatening letter saying they have passed an account for a SIM card which I have repeatedly proved that I never received (& therefore never used) to a debt collection company. Such a wonderful company...

  • BT7614 Barry Toogood (@BT7614) reported

I sent a message to @VodafoneUK to say they don't answer calls. They said "If you wish to cancel your Vodafone home broadband contract, you will need to give us a call at 03333040191." Typically useless.

  • TomAllen76 Tom Allen (@TomAllen76) reported

@VodafoneUK Under the consumer rights act of 2015, im entitled to a full refund if my device fails after the first repair. This is the 3rd time. Why is it that you and your company consistently fail to follow the law? I have no issue dragging Trading Standards into this.
