@VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

Incredibly frustrating customer service experience with @VodafoneUK London Victoria. Upgraded phone yesterday over the phone, was told that it would be waiting for me in store today.... apparently It’s not available. The phone is in stock in store, but 1/2

@VodafoneUK it’s been approx 5 weeks I’ve been waiting for a return bag for an Apple Watch - I’m still paying for it. 6 calls chasing it, 6 promises it’s on its way. Might have to start charging storage! Vodafone store won’t take the return as postal return is open! HELP!
