    So @VodafoneUK I’ve done everything you told me to get my phone back working - I’m currently sat in your store in Hemel and they can’t help me either one week with no service and no solution in sight - any advice would be great !

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @virginmedia Router WiFi connection is so unstable people are about to throw them out their windows!! Might be worth moving to @VodafoneUK to get a better price and service? #VirginMedia has been truly awful recently

    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

    I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK . Quite simply the worst customer relations department I have had the misfortune to deal with. Call after call since February! If I hear the word escalate one more time I will scream!! Useless beyond words.

    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

    @VodafoneUK @antonycotton Vodafone UK are appalling. Absolutely zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
