Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told βno known problemsβ.

She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.
