@VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

@nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

Shocking service from @VodafoneUK again. Been with them for over 15 years an have 5 contracts for the family. The upgrade deal they offer is more expensive than both EE and O2. Can anyone give me a reason to stay with them? #movingproviders #noCareForExistingCustomers
