    @VodafoneUK is becoming one of the most unreliable network in London. I called customer service yesterday to complain about network issue at London Victoria are til now NO solution. Thinking of leaving them. I can't use my mobile data inside the building

    @nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ยฃยฃ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

    @VodafoneUK there is no mobile network coverage in the area around Hyde Park Corner in London. Itโ€™s been like that for the past month or so: every time I get nearby the mobile internet doesnโ€™t work. Is a tower down or something??

    @VodafoneUK cant order broadband online PR7 7JY number 57 can you fix? "Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered." I suspect this is what your checker is flagging on. However, this caveat only applies to installations requiring a new ONT -ONT is already present

    @VodafoneUK team couldnโ€™t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1โ€“5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    @VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I canโ€™t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! ๐Ÿคฎ awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.

    @VodafoneUK why do you whack our bills above inflation every year, it's bad enough you don't allow free picture messages unlike sister site voxi who give you free picture messages in October I will have no choice to go down to SIM only or contract free service you prices are

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.
