    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as theyโ€™re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadnโ€™t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they donโ€™t answer calls

    @VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call ๐Ÿคฌ

    Since I couldn't make an internet package, I had problems with my job. And it didn't help at all and only ate the money. I didn't deserve this.@VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I think your broadband department are trying to call me about a request for a social tariff. Iโ€™ve missed two calls, but I have a disability using the phone - what can we do to solve this? Iโ€™d appreciate your help please. Thanks ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK are there connection issues in the Herts area. Literally nothing and I've resetter, pressed the Reconnection button on the broadband connectivity screen.

    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? Thatโ€™s such a bad move! Youโ€™re the only of the big ones that doesnโ€™t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    Incredibly frustrating customer service experience with @VodafoneUK London Victoria. Upgraded phone yesterday over the phone, was told that it would be waiting for me in store today.... apparently Itโ€™s not available. The phone is in stock in store, but 1/2

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.

    I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.
