@nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

Absolutely no thanks to @VodafoneUK customer support which was consistently awful, I luckily bumped into the @OpenreachHelp engineer fixing my broadband today. He went above and beyond to fix my connection! Didn’t catch his name but Openreach should reward him. Contact for deets.
