So @VodafoneUK I’ve done everything you told me to get my phone back working - I’m currently sat in your store in Hemel and they can’t help me either one week with no service and no solution in sight - any advice would be great !

@VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

@VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

@VodafoneUK Signed up 910 gigafast n i get 230-270 not acceptable is it @vodafone ? Even the openreach installer said it was woefull And no i dont fancy talking to some "IT expert in india that assures me he can fix it" 14 days to resolve or im offi,cant be bothered with that.
