  @nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

  @Mobilescouk I'm stuck in limbo over here, after moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK . My switch date was yesterday and my SIM wasn't delivered. So I've got no service, can't call or message anyone. What can I do?
