    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ยฃยฃ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

    @virginmedia Router WiFi connection is so unstable people are about to throw them out their windows!! Might be worth moving to @VodafoneUK to get a better price and service? #VirginMedia has been truly awful recently

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. Itโ€™s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @VodafoneUK Can you sort out your app and online accounts? Both myself and my Husband upgraded a couple of weeks ago and now we can't see our data usage. Keep getting fobbed off by customer support. They don't appear to understand the issue...

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK . Quite simply the worst customer relations department I have had the misfortune to deal with. Call after call since February! If I hear the word escalate one more time I will scream!! Useless beyond words.

    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I have asked for the "Super Wi-Fi setting to be removed from my account as I want to control my router not use a broken app or call up when I want to change something, I asked for this to be done 5 days ago! I am on day 5 and it still turned on! I was told on Friday it was taken off my account but it's not! I am on the phone again to try and get this sorted AGAIN!

    Iโ€™ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. Iโ€™m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no itโ€™s not my phone cache etc. itโ€™s a lack of network speed / capacity.

    When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.
