    @andrewchinery @albip46 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre As an interim the Vodafone support person I dealt with, as we have mobile phone contracts as well, suggested tethering/hotspotting through my mobile and added extra data allowance to facilitate that. #workaround

    @VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

    Never using @CPWTweets ever again. Did my @VodafoneUK upgrade through them for delivery tomorrow. Half 9 this morning carphone warehouse deactivate my current sim and activate a new one that I haven’t even received. Now no phone until new one is delivered tomorrow. Fuming.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Friend is trying to unlock his phone from your network using NUC code. Had the code ready but when he turns phone of and on with new simcard in the phone DOESN'T show a prompt saying Enter NUC code. Any help? Phone was bought from Vodaphone store.
