.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz we moved across to you 4-5 weeks ago and we run live streaming events via our network. However since moving we are constantly receiving a drop in service which is also causing delays in our events. Please call us direct to arrange a solution.

@andrewchinery @albip46 @VodafoneUK @CityFibre As an interim the Vodafone support person I dealt with, as we have mobile phone contracts as well, suggested tethering/hotspotting through my mobile and added extra data allowance to facilitate that. #workaround

@VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

@VodafoneUK I’ve had issues with receiving calls. My data, texts and outbound calls are all working fine but anytime someone rings me it goes to voicemail straight away, I’ve tried to fix it by restarting my iphone, taking the sim out ect but it wasn’t fixed so I’m not sure (1/2)

@TerryFi95721010 @VodafoneUK I was with 02. My OH persuaded me to change to the Vodafone family package. Customer service is rubbish, and the router is past its sell by date, isn’t working properly and slow as hell. But they won’t give us a new one. Even Sky was better. I wish I’d never changed.
