  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK They did the same to me 10 years ago so I left them for EE. They told me to cancel my direct debit while in dispute then they go and add a bad mark on my credit rating. Took years to resolve, had to go to the ombudsman.

  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?
