They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

I cant even try and take a cheaper option with "leasing" the phone as you say and adding a sim only deal. Great way to lose an 11 year relationship with a customer. Sales offering shocking deals too.
