Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@VodafoneUK broadband has been shockingly bad for a few weeks now... can’t do the diagnostic on the app as I can’t see the sync speed displayed anywhere... help please... it’s worse than the standard BT we had prior😭

@ClareJosa @VodafoneUK My guess is that it will be fixed after storm Franklin is over. There must be quite a few faults related to the storms. Poor customer/ service management if they can't admit to that.

They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@VodafoneUK Complaint Why no improvement in signal for 13 years in Westcroft Milton Keynes Westcroft- MK44GE - Milton Keynes. I have lived in this property around 13-14 years. my area Westcroft and we have hardly any mobile network working in doors best case is 2G indoors???

@VodafoneUK you’re service is beyond shoddy. My internet has gone down, call your helpline. Says I have an overdue balance, takes me to payment line which says I have a ZERO pounds overdue balance. Asks me if I want to pay zero pounds. Speak to your helpline

@mk_citizen @VodafoneUK no fix from Vodafone we all in the area are told the same just try 3G and WiFi calls - why no fix of poor signal for 14 years - come on Vodafone try to give a service for the monthly fees

@VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.
