    @VodafoneUK and so it goes on..... after TWO years of trying to change name of account holder from my ex-hubby name to mine it's finally done. Now #Vodafone are chasing my ex husband for £83 outstanding debt EVEN though Vodafone have CONFIRMED to us both NO MONEY is owed. #Wtf

    @chloeglovemusic @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I jumped ship to @VodafoneUK so far so good, been with 3 over 10 years but in the last 3-4 months the service went from amazing to awful and unfortunately they are in denial about the problem, that's what made me leave more than anything else

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 a full week I’ve been trying to contact customer service and I’ve only been with Vodafone for 2 weeks. In that 2 weeks I’ve had the most appalling internet and signal ever and my phone number is still stuck between the Temp one and my new one for some reason

    British @VodafoneUK and whatever broadband provider there is in old #blighty - you are WOEFULLY bad and slow. Disconnecting all the time, painful slow speeds and bad areas. Makes me cherish the #usa and #australian data services and that’s saying something!

    Absolutely shocking CS from @VodafoneUK trying to upgrade broadband since 13/06/19. Promised 5 times now! Yes it’s with the back office team, yes it’s with Tech team 2. Just another 24hrs. Why is this taking so long! Maybe I should just cancel and start again!🤯🤬

    And again my @VodafoneUK broadband has dropped. I could call or do the live chat thing, but know that’s not going to fix it, lost count of the number of times I’ve done that over the last 5 months. Can’t wait for the contract to be done so I can change 😔
