@rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

Well @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK became rude!!! I pay nearly £100 a month for being abused in a live chat! Then after waiting in a queue for an hour I purposefully get cut off! Think I’ll cancel and go back elsewhere thanks!
