    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

    @VodafoneUK Poor service from Vodafone. I was offered a £75 voucher with my broadband package, due to it being incorrectly advertised Vodafone refuse to compensate for the full amount. Absolutely appalling after being a customer for years.

    @VodafoneUK We've tried to sort it over the phone and got nowhere other than being told you'll monitor it for 72 hours. There's nothing to monitor! There's no internet! It's down. I don't believe you'll be able to do anything different other than tell me the same thing again.

    @VodafoneUK I am having issues with my Apple Watch and have had since day one. Today it stopped working n apparently it is down to too many numbers being assigned to it. Vodafone do that their end not me. another hour wasted on the phone and it still doesn’t work. want to send it back tbh

    Can't believe how much of a joke @VodafoneUK "tech" team are. Two openreach engineer's told them I need a new router and they still refuse to send one?? Even their own customer service have said it is a joke!! Looks like I will need a new provider then. Any suggestions?
