    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK you put up the price, I asked to leave, you offered me a deal, I accepted, you now bill me at I agreed higher price. I’ve been on the live chat 45 mins with no resolution as yet.

    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK my wife's pay mthly contract is ending and she has a NOW TV ent. pass as part of the package. Got a text saying that will be charged £9.99 from end of month but we can't find how to cancel...NOW TV say she has to do it via VF and there's no way of doing it on VF site

    @VodafoneUK Really upset & disappointed by the appalling ‘customer service ‘ from #Vodafone !Literally in tears! Sort yourselves out & my advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Trying for weeks to get a trade in issue resolved different tales every time ,hours on hold , call cut off!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried turning off secure net on ‘my Vodafone’ and the restricted access but everytime I log out and log back in. Both of them show switched on again. I’ve restarted my phone and still no luck. Can you help?

    You’ve got to give it to @vodafoneuk. Tell them you don’t want their internet anymore because it’s slow, keeps crashing and expensive and they really show you what slow and crashing is during your notice period. Losing phone contracts now too, the small minded pricks.
