  • LSkinn17
Luke 🤙🏽 (@LSkinn17) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@BradleyWorley84 @Dazsly @VodafoneUK Says "Mr Robot" stick to your iPhone or Samsung ya roaster. Huawei is far from as intrusive as either of those. Idiot.

  • gkse16
Graham Henderson-King (@gkse16) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@dolantalks @VodafoneUK They did the late payment charge for months with me when it was entirely down to them as they chose the day to take the direct debit. Took me really kicking off Judge Judy style to get resolution after a very snide ******* the phone said that I was an habitual late payer.😳

  • josephbrock
Joe Brock (@josephbrock) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

  • Todoleo
Matteo Doni 🇬🇧 (@Todoleo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK According to Katie (who called me) I won't be able to have the service until CityFibre wire the service shaft inside my building. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

  • jamesricedesign
James Rice (@jamesricedesign) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

3 hour wait to try and upgrade with @VodafoneUK or just move carriers to a cheaper deal 🤔 I assume the last stage of the customer journey is just called ‘****’em’ #customersupport #cx #servicedesign

  • schue81
Steven Blake (@schue81) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Dealing with @VodafoneUK customer services continues to be a soul destroying experience! Who knew a simple upgrade would be so complicated...!

  • hassanrh
Raza (@hassanrh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Hey @VodafoneUK how come I am struggling to get a 4g signal on both my iPhone’s despite restarting both devices most of the day I seem to have one bar on 3G!!!! Finding it very difficult to work on 3G!

  • Todoleo
Matteo Doni 🇬🇧 (@Todoleo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Why did you let me order the service in the first place? Why wasn't I informed about the cancellation of the order? Why wasn't I informed about the cancelled installation appointment?

  • edinlibrarycat
Library Cat (@edinlibrarycat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK were quick enough to sell her the deal (which they’re now saying didn’t exist) and sign her up to a new contract. Now when she spends her incredibly precious free time sorting out (their) problem everybody hot-potatoes her query. /2

  • clouddancefest
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland

@JudithFlanders @VodafoneUK Also: never believe anything any member of Voda staff says. It’s totally The Art Of Gaslighting.

  • clouddancefest
Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Hi Kev, in nearly 10 years of being a Voda customer, I’ve never been asked for this level of id before, and as there is no accompanying privacy policy or statement, Voda has no right to request any. And don’t use the thumbs up emoji when Voda has zero moral ground.

  • mikeyfelley
Michael Smart (@mikeyfelley) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ghacking @VodafoneUK Iv had the same issues mate Absolutely brutal. These Charleston’s took my order knowing full well they had none in stock

  • Beleza_Rach
Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK But its not really the point. I was given a code last night. I can't retrieve it and I've to wait 3 days for them to fix it. I try new links l,they don't work. Why is it always the same drama? Its almost like you promote the scheme to get the businesss but don't want to honour it

  • MissHoneypenny
Honeypenny (@MissHoneypenny) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

  • CatherineGillon

@VodafoneUK now stood for 35 mins in the gyle store waiting to pick up my new phone. 3 staff who have been with same customer since I got here. Not good enough. People behind just left to go to carphone warehouse.

  • Feorlean
Michael Russell (@Feorlean) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

What does it take to make @VodafoneUK & @O2 wake up to their responsibilities to rural customers? Knapdale & Jura had complete outage from 7/10 to 21/10 and now off again from 27/10 . Area is w/o terrestrial internet but the mobile companies are paying no attention.

  • Glam_Rach
Rachael Santangelo (@Glam_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@VodafoneUK @magentawillow @VodafoneUK there are problems uk wide... I'm Edinburgh. Maybe it would be helpful if all your operatives knew this rather than some explaining that and some suggesting DMs

@VodafoneUK Just to clarify something. If I cancel mid contract, I pay a fee (as per t&cs) but if you cancel because you no longer can provide me with a service due to a house move, I still need to pay the cancellation fee cos I ‘signed a contract’?

  • Ed_Sabella
    Ed Sabella (@Ed_Sabella) reported

@DanielPriestley I don’t think this is really about protecting kids, it’s more about collecting information on everyone. I have two young kids and use @VodafoneUK . I used to block specific websites easily through the router, but Vodafone removed that option and replaced it with their so-called “Secure Net” app. Now you can only block by category, not by individual websites. It turns out this is perfectly legal. The UK government doesn’t require providers to offer specific site blocking. They only want category blocking, which gives parents far less real control. It’s the same problem as YouTube: no matter how many categories you block, creators always find ways around it. I highly recommend moving to @Starlink like I did

@VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.
