Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Come on Vodafone, sort it out!

Took me really kicking off Judge Judy style to get resolution after a very snide ******* the phone said that I was an habitual late payer.😳
