Hey @VodafoneUK how come I am struggling to get a 4g signal on both my iPhone’s despite restarting both devices most of the day I seem to have one bar on 3G!!!! Finding it very difficult to work on 3G!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Ryan, as a Vodafone customer I am aware of that great offer, but I was wondering if there was something that could be offered to potential non Vodafone customers and/or non data customers. (We’re talking about senior citizens who might only have a basic mobile phone)

@VodafoneUK I now can’t make phone calls OR use my data. Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Come on Vodafone, sort it out!

Only 6 months in and yet again back onto @cedrsays to raise a complaint about @VodafoneUK for the second time for over charging and refusing to stop charging for a contract that finished the end of November. Absolute disgrace of a network. 10 years a customer and def my last!

@VodafoneUK Spoke to support who got me to connect to master socket with a microfilter to see if it helped. I explained that the broadband was fine at 77mbps and they told me they would connect in and sort out. Heard literally zero since. Honestly don't think even understood issue.

@VodafoneUK As for the Christmas that never happened I wanted a ps5 digital, a amizon cube, 49 pled tv with 4 hdmi inputs, new laptop i9 32 GB ran, new kwaswiki motor bike 125cc. New letters for the bike boots gloves and hermit(gore-tex) and that’s it
