    @VodafoneUK According to Katie (who called me) I won't be able to have the service until CityFibre wire the service shaft inside my building. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

    Hi @VodafoneUK - when I cancel my home broadband and you don't ask me to return my router for recycling, reuse or whatever - how can you claim any sort of environmental credentials? Name one broadband provider that doesn't provide it's customers with a new router on signing up

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK They will try anything to try and retain him .. by upselling. However he will never get any better deal than a brand new customer. He has every right to cancel out of contract and must say ,no offers period!.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely no signal at my home address for the last few weeks. I pay a ridiculous amount for my contract phone and shouldn't have to rely on WiFi calling!

    @VodafoneUK But its not really the point. I was given a code last night. I can't retrieve it and I've to wait 3 days for them to fix it. I try new links l,they don't work. Why is it always the same drama? Its almost like you promote the scheme to get the businesss but don't want to honour it

    @VodafoneUK just a note to say your data speed at Edinburgh Airport was down to 0.5Mbps all day yesterday with full 4G signal. Not just my phone either. May need investigating as it’s normally great

    @VodafoneUK you took my phone over 2 weeks ago to do a battery refresh, sent it back after not doing anything, asked me to go in store to do it again was promised 4 days fix & that the holiday wouldn’t matter 7 days ago… now no one can tell me where it is! Help

    @VodafoneUK I would not wish this company on my worst enemy, 1.9mb download speeds on 4G, have to use my home wifi to use internet. And then you have the cheek to keep putting prices up for a shite service, roll on may next year when my contract ends.

    @VodafoneUK we have tried to get through to you 3 times on the phone, been in hold for and an hour every time and each time your agents cut us off! Disgraceful service! The wrong plan was set up by 1 of your useless agents so we need this sorting out ASAP terrible service
