Only 6 months in and yet again back onto @cedrsays to raise a complaint about @VodafoneUK for the second time for over charging and refusing to stop charging for a contract that finished the end of November. Absolute disgrace of a network. 10 years a customer and def my last!

Hey @VodafoneUK how come I am struggling to get a 4g signal on both my iPhone’s despite restarting both devices most of the day I seem to have one bar on 3G!!!! Finding it very difficult to work on 3G!

@VodafoneUK I now can’t make phone calls OR use my data. Trying to speak to your complaints team is impossible. 5 days later and still no resolution or confidence that it will be fixed soon. Your network checker still shows everything being ‘good’. Come on Vodafone, sort it out!

Still cut off from @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I can’t even get a PAC to leave as they haven’t got my number on my account. I’ve had this number for over 15 years and all my friends and clients know it, so I do not want to lose it. When did customer service become so bad 😩
