Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

We also have our internet with you, when you check the speeds, they are fab, but the signal from the router is awful, had to buy a booster.
