    @VodafoneUK That link doesn't work. I couldn't see my contract end date anywhere on your apps or site, but a message telling me I could upgrade early in June, 3 months after I knew my contract ended. When I contacted your Web chat team they told me it ended in August.

    @VodafoneUK The issue was not resolved. I was officially disconnected for 49 minutes and was constantly told I have lost my number. I then had to call from another phone to sort out your mess. This cost me in excess of £40. Why should I have to pay to sort out your mess.

    @VodafoneUK disgusting service from you guys. Never shown would I use Vodafone. I called for a pac code and they disconnected my line instantly. Then told me I will never get my number back. Complete incompetence. #ofcom #which cost me £40 to rectify your issue

    @VodafoneUK How much do you charge for calling Customer Services? I spent 2 hours and 9 mins on the phone to try to resolve an issue and have been charged £82 for the privilege!! The £50 credit to my account for the inconvenience doesn’t even cover it!

    @VodafoneUK Checked out your passes, way to complicated. I stream a lot of internet radio, didn’t see a pass for that. No thanks, you’ve lost a loyal customer you had for 10 yrs. I’ve ordered a Giffgaff sim. £15 for unlimited calls and texts and 8GB a month. All you had to do was match that.

    Looking everywhere for a openreach approved router this @VodafoneUK router is just terrible, the internet keeps dropping despite the changes they made to the settings for me. If anyone is using a third party router with Vodafone and getting decent results let me know please.

    Why do you @VodafoneUK never just charge just the £6 per 24 hours when roaming in the USA & then come up with a load of excuses about time zones etc. You expect to take £6 if turn roaming for 5 mins if turned on in whatever time zone at 23.55 and then another £6 after 0.00-Crazy!
