@VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

@VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

So my @VodafoneUK broadband service keeps disconnecting and dropping WiFi. I'm due an upgrade (and they're raising their prices) so guy sets up a new price hut won't replace the box. So now I've gotta cancel 2 different addresses because they won't replace a router! Poor service!
