@nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

@VodafoneUK 2/2 You fail customers by not offering better deals until they get their PAC code to switch. I was told the best you could offer SIM only was £12 for unltd texts and calls. Then after I got my PAC you tell me I could get it for £7:50. #unethical

The cheek of phone companies never ceases to surprise me. Yesterday I looked at my mum's phone bill. Turns out she's been paying £15+ extra a month to @VodafoneUK for the last year for a dongle and additional sim. She doesn't know what a dongle is, she never received the sim.
