@VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

@nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

@MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Unbelievable poor service from Vodafone after switching BB to Sky. I need voda to specify early termination fee not ' one off charge ' on my final bill £95 so I can claim a refund from Sky. Spent over 1 hour on phone yesterday and got nowhere.
