@VodafoneUK I have used both phone and the online chat, and keep just getting robbed off with “somebody will contact you within 24hrs” when I am on WiFi Netflix thinks I am using a proxy so unable to use Netflix, according to your forums this is an issue for other customers also.

@VodafoneUK Hi, we've signed up as a new customer with you but keep getting told our delivery for hardware keeps getting pushed back. We're worried it won't turn up in time for installation. Our current broadband expires soon with Virgin. Can you let me know who I can speak to?
