    @VodafoneUK Your app is very poor. Whenever I try to access account settings it starts loading but then gets stuck part way through. I’m attempting to make sure roaming and calls and txts abroad are enabled, as previously this has not worked even though it says enabled.

    @VodafoneUK my wife is on the phone to you customer services right now, absolutely shocking service. Having mistakenly charged her over £200 for cancelling a sim only contract, it will take 3-5 days to process a refund.

    @VodafoneUK just admit here, on Twitter and not in your little community forum that you have a UK wide problem where people face buffering issues and no access to Google Play store updates. Also please inform all the various tech teams because they haven't a clue.

    @VodafoneUK beyond frustrated with your CS team. Had an install booked for today. Nobody came. Never had comms to stay it had been cancelled. Had to contact CS on chat before someone informed me. Now onto my 4th broadband team trying to resolve it. Throughly annoyed.
