    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK 4 times waiting online only to have it shut down at No.1. When I did speak to an advisor they were less than interested wanting to charge £45 a month for a 3 year old phone (iPhone SE) and can’t use my fire service discount. 3 accounts and 24 years loyalty means nothing to you.

    @VodafoneUK Hey, signed up for a sim only deal on Friday. Got sent an email with a password for a MyVodafone account. Every time I try to login I get: Sorry An unexpected error occurred when trying to log you in. Please wait a moment then try again. Not a good start...

    @VodafoneUK I got through to the right team at first, but they provided me with shocking and distressing customer service lasting 4 hours! Then passed me through to multiple dead numbers/wrong people or asked me to phone the main customer helpline and randomly find my way.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Why is it that when I go shopping I have no signal on my phone. Never had this problem with EE or O2. It is just not the one location, but various locations. I have tried another phone and have the same issue. 😤

    @Michi_Midge Yes, I’ve had a couple and generally found them to be a crock of shite. Likewise I’ve had an email to say that it is being closed because we aren’t using it - despite it having always been plugged in and registered etc. Sure Signal is a @VodafoneUK scam; I am sure of it.
