@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK looks as if your site is down now but I was issued a QR code for an ESIM which deactivated service on my phone, but the QR code says it’s no longer valid and I have no service at all now, can’t even 2FA into my account. Could someone help? Thanks

@VodafoneUK Yes, the buy back price is awful! Don’t bother. Their trade in tool just doesn’t work! Apple Store have checked my phone and will give me their full price as trade in. Over £400 compared to Vodafone who offered £106!
