    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK The issue is that your service isn't providing the service that you're paid for. Various websites are inaccessible to Vodafone users only. Twitch is one of them. I can't even log in right now!

    Oh dear @VodafoneUK - Looks like Apple failed basic vulnerable customer dealing and breached code of conduct surrounding Ofcom General Conditions. One complaint already with ADR. Three more outstanding. £350 a pop these cost you, don't they? What about fines for non compliance?

    @VodafoneUK I’m overseas and data not working despite paying for worldwide roaming. Operators ‘refreshed data’ for me on Friday - 5 days on I still can’t make or receive calls/texts or use internet unless with Wi-Fi. Please help!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I don't have mobile data. I've turned my phone off and on, tried turning airplane mode off and on to re-establish a tower connection and tried reconnecting to you via settings and none of it works. Not ideal to have a mobile phone that isn't mobile. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Jason, totally appreciate that you're very busy, but an assistant leaving the conversation halfway through and not updating the customer is poor form don't you think? It's very simple to communicate with customers on what is happening after a 20 mins chat
