    @Neil_BIM @VodafoneUK They won’t let me change my plan (that had included a phone) unless I cancel my contract and spend a week without a phone first, because they have a problem with their IT systems. Been trying for a few months now. Asked them to send a temp sim but apparently not… useless company

    3x now that my issues is supposed to have been fixed and it’s still there. Everyone else has to contact their supplier just the once yet here I am still with the issue. Maybe send your techs on work experience at another ISP? @VodafoneUK

    @thepeterhunt @O2 @VodafoneUK I have been on EE for years and despite peoples gripes with them, I have nearly never had signal failure even in remote areas and where others have struggled. They also offer free WiFi on the underground network.
