@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK well so far I have been on hold for 20 mins whilst someone looks into WHY you keep sending me texts about content bars being applied then removed which I have never request, that I have changed my SIM when I haven't etc....20 mins after 7 other calls to find out why!!!!! SH*T 1/2

@VodafoneUK According Sony that's not true. The phone I purchased a Sony Xperia 1 II, according to Sony's you get 10 chances, they even clarified that when I called their customer support over the phone. But that's besides the point, I was told the phone would come unlocked period.

I’ve had the privilege to deal with, have even worked for @VodafoneUK (min 2008ish?). and it makes me sad that I don’t feel like a loyal customer and have to just like it and lump it when things go wrong.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. The phone line is a ring around in order to get to a point where it says all the info I need is online - which isn’t true. Why can’t I speak to somebody on the phone.
