My WiFi is broken until Monday but good on @VodafoneUK they gave me unlimited data on my phone as a back up (brilliant customer service on this!). Unfortunately, my phone gets ****** signal in my house. Feels like I’m in the dark ages!

@hitman8976rawk @VodafoneUK I’ve had a bit of a technical issue on my business account with them, which is taking a long time to sort out, but this was sorted so quickly. They offered me an engineer to come tomorrow, but we’re out so I had to put it off until Monday.

@VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone to say I am frustrated with your customer service today would be an understatement. I am trying to renew a two year contract. I have been spoken to very rudely by a customer service agent and pushed around departments on Web chat only to lose connection.
