@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@DavieTommo84 @VodafoneUK @EE ...UK it was bloody awful, hard to keep a call going! Once I could I got rid of it but they kept charging me for 7 months despite me cancelling it and calling them every time they took another payment. Terrible cutomer service! I promise you though, EE is the one.

@karmerkarmz @VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone I never had any signal called them month after month, rude and unhelpful customer service, then my daughter had an asthma attack at school and they couldn’t reach me because I had no service when at home.

@karmerkarmz @VodafoneUK I wrote to my MP and the CEO of Vodafone phone I have a friend that works for the bbc, I took my complaint as far as I could! In the end they ended my contact and refunded my money, but such a palaver Terrible company only care about money!

@VodafoneUK Thank you but you did that yesterday like I said and now it’s become worse and to top it off on the app you say I am out of contract when we only just renewed with you in November so I can’t claim against it - honestly wish we never did renew
