@VodafoneUK I switched to you from @EE about a month ago and lads your data signal is piss poor. I pay for 5G and never get it. I’m barely on 4G usually. Outrageous service. Switching back to EE ASAP. Regret switching.💩

@VodafoneUK I have also received bad home broadband service which turn off on on 24th December and it back on 30th it almost took 7 days ask for upgrade for fibre as fibre connection sold by B.T and EE Vodafone still not able to get fibre where I leave so probably cancel my contract.

@VodafoneUK Update: spent 40 mins with a complaints advisor, partly on hold, who still isn’t able to fix the “backend” system issue. What have you @VodafoneUK been doing since I reported this issue back in December? It was suggested to transfer my number to another network CC @MartinSLewis
