@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

Never take a broadband connection with @VodafoneUK they are just pathetic. Had called to get a home move done and was told that it will be done on a particular date. Called back to know that the home move was not put in place at all. #vodafoneuk #patheticservice #rudeagents
