@yourlocalnittyo @VodafoneUK Had Vodafone broadband for about 6 weeks this keeps happening all the time twice I’ve had no connection at all worst service I’ve had in 18 years of being on the internet from when it used to be dial up to broadband from various providers

@VodafoneUK Hi I've sent DMs, there is no 'message an adviser' to select. No one is responding. I tried calling customer services. They've made it worse, they've now disconnected my sim for both phone and watch! I need connectivity for my safety. The phone call was disconnected from India.

@VodafoneUK 2. Responsibility and promised on numerous times they would call me they never did. This account which was closed in 2003 I also had issues, being charged for no reason. Having tried to sort this out in July which we thought was resolved i then receive a bill, 3 months later,
