@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@Dalkeydan @BridMcGrath I’ve made a rod for my own back with the SIM card as I wanted her to have a particularly good offering from @VodafoneUK with 6m free usage inc for calls to 🇺🇦 I had to try numerous charities to track one down. Most people have just gone for the 1 month ones to get them going

@VodafoneUK Impossible to speak to anyone regarding delivery of a router to the wrong address. Your chat bot can't help and your complaints line needs landlines or Vodafone mobile. I don't have either because the equipment you sent is missing.

@nuxnix @madebygoogle @VodafoneUK 2XL wot's that, Angus? Curious about the comment about battery life - poor on the Pixel 6? I'm trying to find something with a flat screen and best possible cameras, as well as robust as possible, because campsite owner's life. It's not easy!
