Day 2 of sitting in the house waiting for a pre-ordered phone from @VodafoneUK Released yesterday and didn’t arrive. Ace. I can no longer recommend Vodafone to anyone in good conscience. This is the latest in a long, long, long list of issues with this company.

@VodafoneUK Woohoo, 3 hours 10 minutes and still unresolved and still having to continually re-explain the issue to a new person. At least I now have a complaints ref but at this point I'm about to take my 20+ year mobile and broadband account elsewhere because wowzers this is bad

@VodafoneUK you have made buying a PAYG phone the most difficult process known to man. Your website is having issues getting past the secure checkout, I've tried different browsers and it is the same. Your live chat and phone advisors were not any help either.
