    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    pay bill every month to @Vodafoneuk then u have to contact them to cancel the contract or they carry on taking the money that doesn’t belong to them then say oh well nothing you can do. This is vile how manythousands of people are being robbed who don’t know the contract is done

    @VodafoneUK you have to have the worst customer service ever as you can’t deliver a ESim for my Apple Watch. It’s now 5 weeks and you can’t even send me a security code to my mobile number. Twice last night apparently sent one. You said Friday 72 hours which is your usual

    @VodafoneUK Worse customer service I have ever had from a broadband provider, we've had ongoing problems since our home move in August and these still not been resolved. Not getting the service we were promised at the price we were promised it at.

    @VodafoneUK Don't worry I'm not having issues, I used to work for the company that supplies your equipment and know how much 3g and 4g equipment you NEVER put up so I don't trust your company!! I want a different provider in my car but Vodafone only option it gives me so I will use my phone.
