@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Try three, we agreed a new contract at the end of November and now they’ve said they won’t honour it as they had system issues that day and what me to pay more. Shocking service

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK GiffGaff are best in my experience, simply because you can cancel any time with 1 month's notice. Just get a £1 sim card from a newsagent & put £10 on it at the same time. Then for £10/mon, UNLIMITED calls & broadband (data limit) with Router. Pay £20/mth for loads of broadband

@VodafoneUK you now have a very serious problem on your hands, after having to fight you every step of the way to get rid of your awful service, FOUR YEARS LATER I'm getting a debt collector's letter? Expect a call from the ICO, because I'm not having this. #incompetentbullies

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I've recently posted on petition.parliament to raise the CS standards of the energy sector. I believe the sector is so bad that it needs government intervention.

@VodafoneUK This is disgusting customer service... Why I should have to wait in a queue for an hour when the problem is not being sorted is borderline criminal. Cancel me now and I'll stick with sky... Their router works, even when it shouldn't

@Forbesie10 @VodafoneUK If going by the customer care I received Friday for 5 hours backwards and forwards between people is anything to go by then you’re probably right.

Still waiting on a response from @VodafoneUK after filling in their complaints form. Email acknowledgment said “we aim to provide a resolution you’re happy with in 5 days.” It’s been 12 days and still nothing...
