    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, thanks for your reply. This issue has been in the hands of your ‘super users’ for the last 4 days. I’ve spoken to numerous people here and abroad, been promised call backs that have never happened and guaranteed a fix will be in place in 24hrs! It never happens I’ve given up.

    @VodafoneUK once again your poxy app is down when I want to pay a bill. Why do you make it so hard to give you money? Cannot wait till my contract is up, when I can go to a company that actually knows how to do tech properly.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointing the difficulty moving my eSim from one phone to Another, a bit of advice after 2 days and poor customer service I suspect it will be easier to change provider

    @VodafoneUK Hi Aria. We've tried texting to get the PAC number and got a text back saying to ring to get it, and then customer services refused to give the code until she could tell them which network she was going to. Presumably they're doing this because she's old and vulnerable?

    @VodafoneUK finding it really difficult to get employee discount code online. Have had employee discount with Vodafone for years now it seems I can’t do this in store. Proof of employment is payslip but not allowed to upload payslip pic online. Any solution? Might go elsewhere..

    @VodafoneUK been on the telephone for 20 minutes now waiting to speak to someone about broadband issues... Whats the point of having a web chat when i cant get online to soeak to someone... Havibg to use my neighbours wifi to send this

    No surprise that @VodafoneUK don’t answer when you call, try to push you to their online robot, and even then get told it’s an hour wait 😡😡😡 I guess the quickest way to get their attention will be to cancel my D/D
