    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @SophieSowsSeeds @VodafoneUK Thanks Sophie - yeah I'm afraid I really can't recommend from a customer service perspective. Had to dash home from a day in the lab at short notice to let in the openreach engineer, who @VodafoneUK had told me would not need to access the house 🙃

    Please NEVER use @VodafoneUK, I've been with them for 2 years, get a new phone on the basis they'll take my old one, then say its not in good enough condition, then try to cancel it the SAME DAY, but can't because its been dispatched, and the system goes down for an hour

    Shoutout to @VodafoneUK for disappointing me over and over again. Home Broadband is not working every few days for atleast a few hours. CS isn’t helpful at all.. the issue seems to affect all/most ppl here in Cumbria. Why aren’t you giving any information??

    @VodafoneUK coming up to 3 weeks with no data on my Apple Watch. Calling support everyday, spent over 5 hours on calls with 191 now, and still no luck. All SLAs I got quoted so far have been exceeded, I was promised a bunch of call backs and was never phoned...

    @AliceBaillie1 @VodafoneUK That’s me reconsidering broad band from @VodafoneUK ....I was hoping they’d be better than the Skye quality but at least their customer service is good. Good luck Alice, I know how challenging home working can be and essential your connection is.

    @Namelesswonderr @VodafoneUK So far not a lot! I waited in for someone to come when they said they would, nothing. Then told there was a delay when I called. Now told there is another delay. New customer with no broadband at all, it’s killing my business 😥
