    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I've been in contact with my new network provider. They're saying everything is OK. I'm trying a sim swap. If it doesn't work, I'm going to have to have a new number. Not happy as I've only ever had one number since owning a mobile. 20+ years

    @VodafoneUK , I have changed my number from pay as you go to pay monthly plan on Thursday 20th ,, the guy in the shop gave me a new sim to put in my phone Friday morning, he said it might take 20 minutes to work !!! All fine ……. Today is Tuesday and the my phone not working ,
