    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    What ever you do, don’t get @VodafoneUK broadband, it’s slower than the old days of dial up, and they only have a ‘chat bot’ to help which is completely useless. Take your money for no service. @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis

    100% fed up with @VodafoneUK home Broadband Complained about DSL dropping constantly in the last few weeks since they took over a working BT line. Awful service, terrible customer help. Wish I’d never switched. Tried to log a fault again tonight but their website isn’t working!
