@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Nah, I did not just spend 25 minutes on call to @VodafoneUK negotiating my phone contract finally down to a reasonable price, and the guy hangs up on me. Unbelievable.

I have been forced into unemployment due to my company collapsing. @VodafoneUK will not let me speak to a customer support agent about terminating my contract early due to financial difficulty. PLEASE can I be connected with someone to discuss my circumstances?!
