Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to @VodafoneUK very unhelpful and contradicting their colleagues and not working as team. This last year I've experienced appalling service from Vodafone and also messed up my account. One Dissatisfied customer!!

@VodafoneUK Hi Katie, I spoke to the team after 30 mins on hold. They kindly processed the move and emailed a confirmation. But I recently got a further email saying that my service is now being cancelled. This is my second move with Vodafone, and I was cancelled accidentally last time also

@VodafoneUK Connectivity issues. Not ringing despite volume on, missing calls, won’t connect to wifi or Bluetooth. I’ve done every trouble shoot I was told with no luck. The phone is 2 months old & these issues for weeks now.

Day 19 of no internet after @CityFibre botched our @VodafoneUK installation. Abandoning ship after the worst experience and customer service and going back to @virginmedia who will have us up and running tomorrow. What a farce.
