@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone, I wish to speak with someone regarding my broadband order. I started on the TOBI chat it took 4 advisors and 1.25 hours to establish they could not help me. They said phone. I phoned, 52 minutes on hold then cut off without anyone speaking to me. Now on hold again.

@VodafoneUK I actually have a 2nd Portuguese SIM for using over here so calls arent an issue but not getting texts is. My bank uses them to send verification codes and if I cant get them I cant access my bank.

@VodafoneUK not sure why you bother asking people to DM you when social media team can not do anything as its with the complaints team unless it's just to make other customers believe you listen & can help & stop people talking publicly about failing your customers for 6+ months

@VodafoneUK Hi Mark, Using Redmii Note 10. No calls or texts out. Calls in but no texts in. Been in Portugal since before Xmas. Family out here, regularly spend 4/5 months here without issue before. Phone worked fine yesterday.

@VodafoneUK had issues for 6 months with a phone that does not work properly, complained, paid every month and told when it's sorted I will be compensated & today offered £150 reduction on an early termination to close my complaint when phone still doesn't work as I'm now fed up

@VodafoneUK Cannot screen shot - issues has been 5 mths + countless hours / in shop visits. I am beyond it. I’ve had managers, staff, personal Vodafone folk - nothing get resolved. You ve just tried again - individual was useless tbh no clue. Even calling me by the wrong name.

@VodafoneUK I have done, 6 mths of doing everything I'm asked, sent screenshots, emailed call logs, endless calls, endless complaints, going in store all whilst paying bills & be told to be patient. I've now requested call conversations so I can go to @Ofcom too but let's see if you can help
