    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    I've only got experience of about 5 different mobile networks... but @VodafoneUK is the worst by far. Billing & Contracts are scammy (they overcharge you until you notice), their online account interface is awful, and they don't follow GDPR rules. #Avoid #BadCustomerService

    Hey @VodafoneUK my phone seems to never connect to the network when on 4G or 5G. I’m sat with @quentinnield, who is also on your network and he has no problems. Am I on some lower grade service or is there a fault?!

    @alabamageisha @VodafoneUK Wouldn’t bother! 4 weeks of intermittent mobile data here. Have been repeating same steps over and over again with technical team Finally had enough and cancel my plan with them. Then they tell me they want me to pay a termination fee! #pisspoor

    @VodafoneUK Hi folks, who do I speak with regarding my mobile data not working correctly since day 1. My phone (and other phones) show full 4G signal but I only get between 0-1 mb down. I've spoken to live chat but they couldn't resolve the issue
