@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK are absolutely useless. Still no data after six days. I have spent ages on the phone to phone and every time I message them on here they responded after an hour. Well That’s me to another network. I would think twice about using Vodafone.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK There’s no such thing as customer service in any of the utilities these days. Obsession with capitalism and profits has seen it off thanks to your lot. People’s satisfaction with service should be a regularly announced factor in the success of the country.
