    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Come on @VodafoneUK sort my broadband out please. 4 hours on the phone to someone and they cannot diagnose the problem. All neighbours effected, in Marple. Down 2 days now and no sign of working anytime soon

    @VodafoneUK @mattlove9 I’m SK6 too and having the same issue, no internet for two days, I have tried contacting you through the apps but can’t without internet... Even the supermarkets can’t use contactless payments yet Openreach are saying there is no issue

    @VodafoneUK You can help me with putting in a complaint. Your advisor on the phone has just asked me to ask the dpd driver to wait and hour or go do his route and then come back to my house for my phone and then suggested in the middle of a pandemic I got to out . Unbelievable
