    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Not really - every message, every call - it’s the same outcome: You ‘understand my frustration’ (you REALLY don’t), you’re ‘sorry’ (me too - that I even entertained using Vodafone), then we go into the same loop of questions and broken promises (EVERY DAY since it started).

    @VodafoneUK Last time I DM’d it took 6months for a answer !!!! How do I get of this network perhaps getting shut of the offshore centres would help customer service has drastically gone down hill

    @VodafoneUK Does this include security info? Surely it would be stripped right back to basic customer data and not include things like a security pin? Also might want to refresh GFPR training as this was not the reason provided by two agents!
