@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK It is so sad to see children on buses, in shops and parks etc, trying desperately to get their mother's attention while she fiddles with her phone or tablet. Technology is the worst thing that ever happened to little kids.

I put in a request to unblock my device last week Wednesday called number of times to chase and status report to be told it is still in process. Called today to find out there was never a service request @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

As it gets closer to the time of the year where I can't help but think about the unexpected death of my mother, I also recall the way @VodafoneUK made me pay off her contract when I called to inform them of her death. They were the only ones to do that, it still makes me angry!

@VodafoneUK @beauty_useless Sophia Brown has THE most irritating timbre and intonation in the world. These Vodafone ads annoy the living crap out of me every time I hear them. Whining voice bleating on about how good Vodafone’s offers are, in the most futile, pathetic and irritating tone - is a switch off!
