    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK's 'pause and review' of their relationship with @GBNEWS prompted me to review, too. I'm now with Sky Mobile and should have moved ages ago. Not only a lot cheaper but their data roll over will save me a bundle and they use the O2 network.

    @VodafoneUK For the 4th month running I’ve been charged for a service I’m not using. I have spoken to 3 different people who’ve assured me this has been cancelled. I will NOT be paying my bill until this has been sorted. I’m a customer of 20yrs and have nothing but trouble

    @VodafoneUK your service has been sub-par lately! How can I be paying for a service, and not be getting signal so often?? You can’t even get wifi on the underground anymore, what’s up with that?

    @VodafoneUK Pulling the plug on the underground Wi-Fi access was undoubtedly the worst decision you ever taken. We spend countless hours down there on our way to work and back home, we optimise time getting back to emails and messages (TIME IS MONEY!).

    @VodafoneUK have zero customer loyalty or care, 18 years as a customer, and after going round the houses on their phone lines trying to upgrade,I now think it’s time to look elsewhere.
