    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Hello @VodafoneUK I bought a pay as you go sim card the other day and on the back of the packet it says to call 4354 to OPT out of having a bundle but 4354 doesn't offer the option to opt out. I called customer services on 191 to opt out of the bundles.

    @VodafoneUK 🤡 Here's the head of Vodafone Customer Services who I had the displeasure of coming into contact with in 2021 on several occasions. They and their team don't know what goes on on their customers' account so you spend 2 hours a day trying to sort things for them #Vodafoto
