    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK What your app is showing for testing the connection and every other app I show is very different. Your app shows like there is no issue, every other app showing below 7mbps download now. By the looks of the comments, there seems to be an issue your end.

    @VodafoneUK we're only getting 38% of our 950mb download speed tonight & only 14% of the upload speed. Looking around the internet, there are clearly issues with your service tonight, why not just make an announcement to let us all know when you'll have the service fully restored

    @VodafoneUK I never mentioned mobile data James, I was pointing out that whether you're using a wifi device or a wired ethernet device is irrelevant if there is a fundamental vodafone network issue. Likewise sync speed is irrelevant if the router hasnt dropped the connection

    @VodafoneUK I would greatly appreciate a technical explanation or to be pointed to some online information so I can understand why no other provider has even raised porting my landline as an issue, but vodafone has.

    @VodafoneUK Mast out in the Se25 area? Appreciate a lot of people currently in one area but I use to get good signal in large crowds and still use my phone. Now hardly nothing

    @VodafoneUK I've now done a speed test across all three vodafone test servers and can see that bracknell has good download and upload speeds, manchester has bad download but good upload and watford has bad on both
