    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @JasonG5X @VodafoneUK They judge it by your "sync speed" of the speed between the cabinet and the router. The number looks fine, but ping and latency and terrible at peak times. I can sit for 5 minutes with a programme buffering.

    @VodafoneUK Exactly. After 4 wks It’s simply getting worse. Currently unable to wfh which is unacceptable. We switched provider on the assurance that our service would be perfect or a solution provided yet we can’t even speak to a human!

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK what's the point in WiFi calling if you can't have it selected all the time? Kind of defeats the point, like in this situation where my calls keep dropping anyway because the signal is on and off. Prior to weekend, I consistently had full 4g signal. When will resume?
