    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    Shocking @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Since renewed to pro superfast 1, outage after outage Today 45mn on their online 'customer service' to be told wrong service. Given a link to 'expert' which does not work. Checked speed, nowhere near what is garanteed Appalling!

    @VodafoneUK Hamza As I explained I am a Vodafone England & Turkey Subscriber. Why doesn't @VodafoneDestek have THE COURTESY TO REPLY TO ME. I ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES. NOT GOOD ENOUGH THEY ANSWER TURKISH SUBSCRIBERS & IGNORE FOREIGNERS!! @VodafoneUK Will send DmM

    Yep because @VodafoneUK are useless! Need help with billing so I use the chat bot…. Chat not says phone them up, phoned them up….. phone call says use online chat to get the help you need. Well what do you want me to do Vodafone???? 😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK - had confirmation by text I’d be getting refund of a wrongly charged EU roaming bundle on 17 June but still not received - grateful if you could help. Have been told multiple times by call centre it’s been sorted.

    @VodafoneUK three times today I've tried to speak to a human on the phone, three times been told it can be dealt with online. Obviously not or I wouldn't be trying to phone. Absolutely shocking customer service! Being chased and harassed over a non-existant debt. Disgusting.
