    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK The big tree in the distance, it's roots have broken the clay pipe in the pavement and let water into all the paper-covered copper wires serving the road. The chap from Openreach has been in the hole at the corner for months trying to sort it out. Finally, a big dig going on.

And on Twitter you just tell people to DM you. You have responded here, yet I haven’t received any response in 3 hours after you told me to DM

    @VodafoneUK your customer service has been absolutely shocking. My account has landline, broadband and 4 phone contracts (myself, parents and girlfriends phones) and I will now be looking at moving all of these away from @VodafoneGroup after being a loyal customer for 12 years!

    @VodafoneUK Out of my 3 points; terrible service, not able to give me extra data without extortionate prices, and broadband you only addressed the one point that is easy to dismiss publically. So what happens now as does each time is you will say somebody is coming out on ‘so and so date….
