@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@DerekAdam72 @VodafoneUK They don't take anything seriously, they are quite happy to fob people off despite screwing them over left right and centre, worst customer service in existence and could not advise people to avoid this company enough

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, are you having issues on your broadband today? Can't access UK sites, trickling data from large US sites only such as Google and MSN. Router diagnosis = no errors. Ping fails to all sites that are non-US organisations. No call from support yet 😩👎
