    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    Imagine being told you had to wait 3 days to receive your upgrade but it’s now 10 days and just been told it could be another 10 days before the phone you’ve paid for is back in stock. Poor from @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK She was basically doing all she could to get me to join & force me down the route of signing up. When i asked questions she lied, didn't like the questions, then turned a little argumentative. They obviously work on commission?

    @wildlime @vodafone @VodafoneUK No, you can't see 5G at all. It's mad. No idea how or why it is like this. You need to edit a file and add Vodafone's PLNM to make it work. I hope this is a temporary issue on first generation 5G devices.

    @dangrabham @vodafone @VodafoneUK Of course tried all the locations in London. Nothing on any of the open market devices. I think this is really poor it's the only reason I purchased the unlimited 5G sim.

    @VodafoneUK After transfer of ownership finally took place, I seem to have been charged a full month's bill for one day! I also can't check this in the MyVodafone app, as it's not working. Not impressed!
