    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK How can I keep my sure signal device please ? We are customers of over 20 years standing living in a very poor signal area and rely on sure signal to be a point of contact for elderly and disabled parents Please help

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Had your fibre package installed Tuesday. Internet fine. Landline not worked since have spent four hours on phone trying a remote fix. Installation was botched need engineers back to property. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Another call I’ve made to Vodafone, another promise that the problem will be solved and a call back within 2hrs. The problem isn’t fixed an the advisor hasn’t called back. I’ve just requested my PAC code and will be going elsewhere. Your customer svc is dreadful.

    .@SadiqKhan, @VodafoneUK's withdrawal of wifi on @TfL Tube is a safety and security issue for travellers. The ability to contact loved ones and friends has been removed summarily and has a major impact. Either bring it back or provide free access to other wifi providers...
