@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

It doesn’t seem to matter how many people are relying on the connection for education or work... thanks @VodafoneUK Oh—and when they point you at the complaints line you discover that it’s having “technical problems” so you can’t even register a complaint

@VodafoneUK How do i find out when my broadband will be activated? Was supposed to be last Tuesday but they were unable to complete the job. Your phone and chat service don't seem to be able to tell me.
