Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK Constant network issues in Yeovil since lunch today. We use you for both our work phones and office connection (4G) and have been unable to serve customers or access our cloud business systems. Please advise on ETA on a fix and a fair discount to our bill this month.

@VodafoneUK don’t have network data since morning, called in 4 times. First they sent me 3 troubleshooting steps on text which neither one work. Then they said there’s local works in central London however I’ve been in 3 different areas all over London & it’s the same???

@VodafoneUK Day 2 of no Internet and noone seems to have any idea of what's going on or when the issue will be resolved. Totally unacceptable in a time when people are working from home.
