@VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

@VodafoneUK i get not being able to discuss specific upgrades via social media but i was asking a generic question to which a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ would have sufficed. that live chat webpage is also horrendous-poorly designed for mobile (oh, the irony) & cuts off the options. thanks for your help!
