    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone app not working properly. Can see basic usage etc but no access to my account. Asks me to log in, then PIN (twice) then “we’re having a few technical difficulties blah blah...” Been like that for more than 48hrs. Have deleted app, reinstalled etc

    @VodafoneUK The things is that the offer was only available within that one hour George. It is not “a shame”. This was misleading and put me in an embarrassing situation at Costa checkout. Saying that this was “a shame”, you are just throwing the problem on my lap and walking away from it.

    @virginmedia your mail service via your broadband no worky…. Service status page doesn’t provide that level of detail…. But the good news it works via @VodafoneUK cell network
