    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK For a laugh, just tried calling again... only to be redirected to MOBi and cut off. My phone and account are basically unusable until someone can help, and to do that I seem to need multiple hours free (and who knows if then I'll be sorted). Does that seem acceptable to you?

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately it's not in my name but if my daughter goes onto chat & types that in will it still work .? Also this is the 3rd time she has topped up £10 &not received credit, is there an issue?

    @VodafoneUK Can you tell me how I'm supposed to resolve this, and actually be able to use my phone? Your customer services phone number doesn't work, your online chat doesn't work, and if you dm with anyone you need multiple hours free. What am I supposed to do??
