They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

roodskins (@roodskins) reported@VodafoneUK - Customer of 20 years allowed to walk away without so much as a whimper from yourselves. Never in 20 years has my dad had a good deal from yourselves, even when I'm assisting him in finding one. Onto a new network with a better deal and better aftercare.
