Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK absolute joke of a company, took 2 weeks to send out a router and now it doesn’t work, for 2 weeks I’ve been told in 24 hours it will fixed, can’t get through to anyone now. I’ve never had such useless customer service

@VodafoneUK Yeah they won't do nothing Quidco don't care, as a incentive was offered i'm now fully in my rights to cancel even though it's been more than 14 days, ofcourse i don't want to do that but i will if it isn't sorted. Quidco say it is Vodafone who declined it.

I can stream champions League football, watch Forest on the sky sports app, but i cant call my Mum over Wifi calling to wish her happy birthday (no signal in my flat) or on WhatsApp - wtaf @VodafoneUK (i only have broadband with you)

@VodafoneUK Organised a phone call back at 4.30 , put in a priority queue,then promptly cut off. Come on Vodafone ! Please can I escalate this to speak to a manager ? & yes I have checked out the power of attorney declaration- that’s what I’m having problems with!
