    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK please help I have just gone over to vodafone this morning, I can phone people and I have had one call to my phone but my husband can't phone me so I phoned my number from home phone and it said I had dialled an incorrect number 😟

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK Hi that’s what I’ve been trying to do for the last couple of weeks actually and there’s never anyone available. I once managed to get to number 126 in a queue but the number didn’t change over a 1hr period so sadly I had to give up x

    @VodafoneUK whilst waiting for phones that should have arrived yesterday, only to be told they haven't been despatched, then getting a text saying 'we're here to help you get started' is a bit like adding salt to the wound @VodafoneUK Completely misjudged. Despatch phones asap!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the useless reply, I am no longer trying to contact vodafone, you have wasted enough of my time, I am simply going to get another SIM, direct debit has been cancelled. You've had your notice as far as I'm concerned, it shouldn't be a two hour affair just to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK We have been without 4g since last Friday. Fully understand that this is likely related to storm Arwen, but have you any indication when this will be restored? I use a 4g Gigacube for business and this outage is becoming very disruptive. Post Code AB526RQ.

    Drive to work for the first time since Thursday to find someone tested positive for Covid and we have to work from home, but @VodafoneUK broadband is down and all I have is mobile data, which is due to run out imminently, not that I can work on that 🙃🙃
