    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @VodafoneUK But as i mentioned I tried to ring and was on hold for over 1h 30mins. And still didn't get though to someone. Dedicated Gigafast team = Slow customer service. I have spent over 9 hours of my time trying to get what I'm paying for.

    @VodafoneUK my internet has been down for 36 hours now due to an "outage at our postcode" according to support. We were told it would be restored today. I've already wasted money having to commute to work instead of because of this, when will it be restored?
