    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times itโ€™s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK - utterly useless when cancelling during a cooling off period - @BTBusiness - utterly useless. Only work Monday to Friday. Crap crap crap customer service.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

    @VodafoneUK I ported my network to Vodafone last week. The switch was supposed to happen on the 3rd. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

    @VodafoneUK Iโ€™d like to phone you and make a complaint but as I have no service ( for over two weeks) I canโ€™t make or receive any calls! Any idea when you might get the / a transmitter working in PE12? Oh, and what compensation are you offering for providing no service?

    @CoolHandLuke_82 @VodafoneUK We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we don't have access to customer-specific outage information or the ability to confirm issues on an individual basis. This is because your service contract and account details are managed by your ISP.

    @VodafoneUK hopeless service 3 phone calls I have been a customer for years and decided to do my gamepass through you and pay ยฃ22.99 a month. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
