    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK please help I have just gone over to vodafone this morning, I can phone people and I have had one call to my phone but my husband can't phone me so I phoned my number from home phone and it said I had dialled an incorrect number 😟

    @The_Mark_Morris @VodafoneUK Calling to dispute my bill and all I get is “before we can connect you to an operate, we can see you have an outstanding amount to pay, we will now send you to our automated payment service”. Useless

    @VodafoneUK your internet router is the worst thing going. I’m sat in a 2 bed bungalow and I can get signal in the next room from the router, I’m literally 10ft away. Don’t think we’ll be renewing. People don’t wast your time with this service! #absoluteshite

    @46Orionis @DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK Awful company. I try to avoid if I know a company uses them as the courier. They are notorious round here for constantly claiming attempted deliveries when they’ve done no such thing. Unfortunately I had no idea Vodafone needed to send me a router or that they use these jokers

    Four weeks of no mobile data or voice on new #apple iPhone 13 pro and @vodafoneuk still clueless as to why. Technical support don’t call you back when promised. Most useless phone and “service” provider imaginable. But they still take the money.

    @VodafoneUK 7 weeks without a stable Internet connection has taken its toll. We have had to relocate for 2 x 2 week periods just to get a Internet signal. The Scottish guys in the WiFi experts team have been sympathetic but have no control over the easy switch team.
