    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @The_Mark_Morris @VodafoneUK Calling to dispute my bill and all I get is “before we can connect you to an operate, we can see you have an outstanding amount to pay, we will now send you to our automated payment service”. Useless

    @VodafoneUK Nope no VPN just a secure network for work, it only seems to be the morning where there’s an issue? And that’s when no one else uses the internet so not sure what the issue is

    @VodafoneUK I’ve never ever had a problem before, until a couple of days ago. Earlier the whole wifi went off, on every device including the PC. And it continues into the middle of the morning. But yeah it’s only become an issue the last few days and nothing else has changed

    @VodafoneUK I'm trying to cancel my phone contract. I've spent 26 minutes between text (no code received), live chat and on hold. TWICE I've gotten through to the front of the live chat queue and then my chat has been terminated immediately. I just want my PAC code. Please help?

    Been with @VodafoneUK for years. Never missed a payment. Always been easy & chilled. Last night, thought I’d order the new Apple Watch, chose a 12 month plan. It was like applying for a mortgage! Sending me loan agreements, assessments etc. Will buy directly from @Apple instead.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you people make it so difficult to get in contact. Your awful message system is so bad. I want to cance my service and you simply make it almost impossible. Do I have to contact @ofcom to report and file a complaint as you are deceptions and make it stressful
