Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@GeorgeMonbiot My mother's partner entered into a contract with @VodafoneUK . He's in his 90s and never even used it but cancelling has been virtually impossible. He can't hear, is in poor health and is unable to use the internet. Friends and relations have all failed in helping him. Dreadful.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK FWLIW George, I had exactly the opposite experience with @O2 this year when I went to cancel my mothers service. They had a dedicated bereavement team that were frankly spectacular. So it seems at least some companies are getting this right.
