@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

@VodafoneUK You could write a book with the amount of times I've contacted you via messenger, you never sort anything!! 6 months and still isn't working and being constantly lied to on the phone or via message, then trying to charge me 400 to cancel my contract!! You're useless and dont care

Hi @VodafoneUK whenever im on the 5G network, people can't hear me on calls after a few minuets and I have to disable mobile data on my iphone 12 pro max can you help? been going on for weeks now.

@morris_maxine @VodafoneUK What a way to treat a key NHS worker. How is she meant to respond to an emergency work call out when she can’t receive or make calls?? Literal lives depend on this. Absolutely appalling.

@VodafoneUK We made a formal complaint, you didn't bother to respond, and just passed it to a different collection agency than the one we'd already explained everything to, while adding a fee and a credit record which you have no right to do as you had earlier agreed there was nothing to pay

@VodafoneUK Well they weren’t rude at all to be honest, but that’s certainly what it felt like Harry. When I said I would have to shop around, they said “Good luck” What everyone is going through at the moment, I was saddened tbh.

@VodafoneUK I've been waiting for a manager to call me back for 9 days after being told it'll be within 48 hours! This is already regarding a complaint I've made. Absolutely disgraceful service! Can someone actually sort this for me?

@VodafoneUK Ended my contract in December. Confirmed over the phone. Told all sorted. Vodafone messed up admitted the mistake and is now expecting me to pay an additional three months to cover that mistake. Offered £10 goodwill. Absolutely horrible service.
