John Kerr (@johnwkerr20) reported@VodafoneUK hey vodafone, our mobile coverage has been down for about 4 days now, what's the likely hood of it being reinstated any time soon. John, Bankfoot, Perthshire
-
CJ (@BoopingBurrito) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK None of this surprises me - my first full time job was in one of their call centres, and it was horrific. We were forced to provide terrible customer service under threat of losing our jobs. They were absolutely heartless, and determined to extract every penny from customers.

Hannah (@fionchadd) reported@VodafoneUK we have one of your Gigacubes and have had v patchy service since Sunday - there's an issue on your status checker and I've subscribed to updates but heard nothing, can you let me know what's happening?
-
Craig Sullivan (@OptimiseOrDie) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please let me know if I can help you with this (I'm an IT geek). I wrote about the baffling and demeaning 'digital treatment' of those left behind, after the death of my partner Julia. We weren't married (27 years together) but that simply made it worse... (1)

Kenneth Marshall (@KC10580606) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I feel for you and support you in pursuing the company. We had a very similar experience with TalkTalk when my mother-in-law passed away. This included resorting to just cancelling the direct debit, which resulted in a bill for something like £30 which we just paid in the end.
-
Patrick Dodson (@patrickn1) reportedDay 9 (straight) with no internet. Seems to be a @WeAreOpenreach issue but @VodafoneUK don’t communicate the issue and simply spout platitudes and business waffle. DM’s are hopeless
-
Tara Llewellyn (@Taragriffiths6) reported@jemmahood @VodafoneUK Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, states that service providers are required to provide their goods or services with reasonable care and skill, at a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame where a fixed date had not been previously agreed between the parties.
