@VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@Silverlynnb @VodafoneUK In my current experience even being passed from pillar to post and misled doesn't stop them from sending a survey. Not a good idea when @VodafoneUK have failed to provide me with internet for 7 days due to a line fault and still waiting. Abysmal problem resolution.

@VodafoneUK stay well away from this company. They will leave your business without broadband for nearly 3 weeks and don’t care. Then tell you to fix it, it will take 10 - 14 days. The worst part is they call you and their signal is rubbish so you can’t hear them on the phone.

@VodafoneUK why does my broadband keep dropping? I can't watch any TV, I can't work, I can't get to speak to anyone and have been on hold for 27 minutes, your online broadband help solution doesn't work... oh, and if I were a new customer I would pay less for better speed.

@McAllisterandCo @VodafoneUK I am on day 7 waiting for them to actually provide me with internet. Line fault on first day and nothing since. Multiple promises it would be fixed in 24 hours... 7 days later still waiting. Multiple calls, chats, DMs, tonnes of platitudes but no action. Disgraceful service.
