    @VodafoneUK Any issues in IP14 as I have had emergency calls only for 24hrs and then no incoming calls. talking to friends also on Vodafone they are having similar issues.

    @NatWest_Help They were not helpful. Told me it was apples fault, spent 2hrs on the phone to Apple then lost the will to live. They have not resolved the issue each time I have contacted them. My partner also got the ombudsmen involved for that and other reasons. @VodafoneUK are useless

    @NatWest_Help The number is correct and I’ve tried at least 3 times. My service here is awful. Had it out with @VodafoneUK as they also send an activation code to access account. I can’t access that either for same reason, no codes come through!

    @bealster64 @VodafoneUK You are so salty. I’ve been with Vodafone since 2010 and never had any issues. I always getting a good prices and offers. I have Iphone 8 Plus and the IPad 2018. And I pay more or less like other people pay only for iphone X.

    @VodafoneUK No I managed to sort my issue over the online chat, must say your customer service team is great at sorting issues out, it’s just the actual site which was slow to load anything. Anyway all is good as sorted out what I needed in the end 😊

    @rymez2k @winter_heidi A colleague once blamed IT problems on "a saturated firewall" as that's what @VodafoneUK were telling businesses when there was a proxy server problem. I would never have believed such a thing existed if I hadn't seen it!
