    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    @VodafoneUK the battery on my phone is going, my contract ended a few months ago, I think. Can I get an upgrade over the phone or would I need to go into the store when they’re reopen? I can hang on until then. I have an iPhone SE.

    Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

    @VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now

    @VodafoneUK I spoke to your customer service team last Friday You have read the trust pilot review & I have nothing to add only that I put a complaint & have still not heard from them after a week VERY POOR, WOULD EVEN GO TO SAY YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS 0/10 RATING

    So apparently there was no ‘incident’ we were told by your advisors. You oversubscribed on the Black Friday deal and now can’t deliver. So you’re lying to new customers as well as taking their money for no service @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

    I got in touch with @VodafoneUK twice in the last two weeks because 4G/ 5G mobile home broadband doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.

    @VodafoneUK worst network out there. Had online chats and calls with several consultants who gave mixed messages but assured nothing was owed after receiving messages demanding money, despite being set up on a direct debit which comes out each month. 1/10 service steer clear!
