@VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

So @VodafoneUK tell me that my phone is locked and they cannot unlock it as Huawei don't support the device anymore. It should have been unlocked as soon as my contract was finished. No apologies for a loyal customer over 10 years. No wonder I left.
