    @VodafoneUK You’re not kidding!! I have 4 accounts I pay for, this is going to make a huge difference to me. I wouldn’t even mind if I got a good signal at my home address, but I don’t. Never mind eh, you’re still making your money. Don’t worry about the millions of us struggling to cope now

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for giving my Ukrainian refugee relative a SIM card with unlimited calls. But your press release says calls to Ukraine are free, but when she calls Ukraine, there's a message saying "calls to this number are not included and will be charged extra". Pls help.

    @mgrenrat @VodafoneUK IP8 no Vodafone broadband since yesterday, also virtually no mobile signal on any device. Was told after near 2 hrs on hold yesterday could take up to 3 days to fix! Its an internal Vodafone issue as neighbours BT broadband works.

    Our home internet with @VodafoneUK is so bad the kids are now asking Alexa “why is Vodafone internet so bad!”, her response... “I’m currently having trouble connecting to the internet” Classic! Sort it out Vodafone. We have struggled on and complained since March.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years but this last year or so they’ve let me down. Sent me a broken phone, spent days replacing it, promised compensation - never arrived, new phone didn’t work properly, now the battery goes dead after 2 or 3 hours. No support for loyal customers.

    So my @VodafoneUK broadband service keeps disconnecting and dropping WiFi. I'm due an upgrade (and they're raising their prices) so guy sets up a new price hut won't replace the box. So now I've gotta cancel 2 different addresses because they won't replace a router! Poor service!

    The f’ing cheek of @VodafoneUK to hike my price plan up by 5.4% to support a rise in running costs and keep up with increased demand, plus an additional 3.9%, when they only made £2.6bn profit. In this current climate, that’s just greedy! 🤬. Can’t wait for the end of contract 🖕🏼

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer blocking from your Bournemouth store. No solution offered, assistant claimed connecting to customer service was fraud and still no functional device and 14 months of no service. Customer care after 19 years loyalty I think not.
