@VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

@VodafoneUK The worst mobile phone provider in the UK. Can't even leave until I receive my upgraded phone which is 9 days late and can't tell me when it might arrive. Do not use vodaphone ever!

@VodafoneUK for a phone company your customer call service is appalling. It is possible that people have queries that are not covered by your automated lists and need to speak to an actual adviser. The app is no better - when I tried through the app I was no. 96 in the queue.

@VodafoneUK It's OK, I called customer services like a savage. I was tracking down an order number. Unfortunately DPD are in charge of it now and nothing has moved yet.

@Dre_AFC @VodafoneUK True… I remember hearing a figure of one major South African network doing 25 million SMS on Christmas Eve - UK networks would have been MUCH higher.
