    @VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

    @VodafoneUK Spent the entire evening trying to upgrade with no success.The website has been utterly useless and to top it all off, I discovered you don't support NHS workers in Scotland. What slap in the face after everything we've just been through this last year. #disappointed

    @VodafoneUK done that, same issue, i load up the paypal app too and when i log in, it goes to a white screen that is it, but if i connect to WiFi then no issue

    @VodafoneUK What's the point of offering 5G when it's availablity (from you, not the other providers) is almost nonexistent? I've had '5G' for the past year and have *never* been able to use it

    @VodafoneUK - We are now on Thursday …. It’s either you sort this error made by one of incompetent agent or give me a new phone or terminate my contract …. so I can go to another service provider who is more reliable and helpful!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Both, I’m able to type my login details in, but then the page won’t load, it just times out, seems like a security or verifying issue, as I’m able to on WiFi

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm still having major network issues near my house - 4G internet on my phone has worked maybe only 3 or 4 days since I joined about a month ago. Is there anything I can do? I feel like I'm constantly being fobbed off but it's been unusable
