@VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up

@VodafoneUK I had to spoke to customer services for nearly 2 hours on numerous occasions to get this rectified to get an understanding of this fault, and it was as I said to be its cause in the end, a miss reboot of the router. It's not a good start to our start of use

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK Maybe this public exposure will actually shame someone higher up your organisation to look into why it is failing. To have the order cancelled, knowing about it (as proved by router not being sent), but not to tell the customer is utterly unforgivable. I was expecting FTTP today!

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK That was their explanation for the cancellation of the first order, which they did tell me about. They said I'd have to wait until VDSL ceased then re-order, incurring a >2 week break in service. That's when they agreed to provide me with mobile BB in the interim and refund.
