@VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up

It would be really good if @VodafoneUK didn’t hang up on me after I’d sat in a queue for nearly an hour, to then start the process again and again. I can’t listen to tinny Taylor Swift or Coldplay hold music for much longer.

@jaydeadams Been there! @VodafoneUK were utterly useless until I called customer service from one of their stores, loudly discussing the issue in front of other customers who decided maybe Vodafone was not for them and left. It soon magically got sorted.
