@VodafoneUK I had to spoke to customer services for nearly 2 hours on numerous occasions to get this rectified to get an understanding of this fault, and it was as I said to be its cause in the end, a miss reboot of the router. It's not a good start to our start of use

@VodafoneUK What a joke Vodafone customer service had a fault on my landline the Tech dept reset my router, and now my landline now is unobtainable and on checking the number that it is working on its a Wales number and I live in Suffolk you just could not make it up

@f1word I'm with @VodafoneUK. Quick and helpful customer support, stable speeds, and most importantly - a very good router with excellent WiFi coverage. Sky routers are rubbish - awful WiFi range.

Great, @VodafoneUK send me a text saying my issues are resolved and they’re closing the ticket, check broadband, still not getting what I paid for. Go to phone them up, the automated system cuts me off. Absolutely ridiculous
