    now phone bills are going up too omg I’m gonna SCREAM :) £52 a month for an iphone 10 are you having a laugh @VodafoneUK. massive companies like this claiming that it’s “essential” our prices go up to help them run their service is actually unbelievable I’ve had enough

    @VodafoneUK the worst telecommunications company I have ever come across. I have requested for Senior management to contact me on more than 5 occasions since last October and no one has contacted me back or responded to my complaints!!! Your company is disgusting!!!

    [1/4] If you are looking for good customer service for contracts then don't pick @VodafoneUK, been with them for 6 years now and the online webchat is so poor. I had an upgrade to S22 Ultra and to be told it was on "back-order",

    @VodafoneUK broadband total loss of service for the 5th day now. Costing me money daily as I cannot work from home, are you going to cover the costs? Of course not. Can’t even get mobile data to hotspot with as I’m not a mobile customer. What a JOKE! I will NOT be staying
