@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

@VodafoneUK my husband and I currently have 6 accounts costing £250 a month, due to the ineptitude and unhelpful attitude of your customer complaints department ALL OF THESE WILL BE TERMINATED AS SOON AS THE CONTRACTS ARE UP!!! Well done!!! #vodafonesucks

@VodafoneUK your E-SIM process is a bit broken for consumers joining and porting numbers in. Sending the E-Sim AFTER the port date isn't helpful! You maybe want to review your frustrating system - hasn't exactly given confidence to bring all our Corporate numbers over
