@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp New customer of Vodafone. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. No check carried out during changeover!!!

@VodafoneUK Avoid this network. After 10 years of custom they now do credit check on existing customers and failing them because their check is as hard as a mortgage one! I pass any other networks check except Vodafone after 10 years of business. Bad network quality is also an issue!AVOID!

@jtwebb @VodafoneUK 18 hours? I could tell you the horror story I had with @VodafoneUK where I was without internet for two weeks, had incompetent engineers, told blatant lies, promised call-backs I never got, and then was 'compensated' with credit.
