    @VodafoneUK I feel let down. I made a costly mistake back in Sept/Oct I inadvertently used my phone on a maritime network running up an unwelcome bill. @VodafoneUK agreed a repayment plan which was finished yesterday including a goodwill gesture of £65. Now they say I owe a further £20!!!

    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK my data signal is TERRIBLE again. It just keeps cutting off and very frequently. Losing the will to live here, especially as your status checker says everything’s fine (it’s not)

    @VodafoneUK @OmbudServices @Ofcom 2 weeks I've had unusably slow speed from my mobile broadband. Phoned everyday, spent 3 hrs on phone yday, told by tech services & complaints managers "nothing can be done" 7 times. Why shld I pay a cancellation fee 2 b able 2 work from home?

    @VodafoneUK your website and call team are really hard to talk to when I've changed network and my phone number isn't with you. Yet I've still been charged for what would have been my renewal pay monthly. I was not told this at all.

    Not heard anything yet from @VOXI_UK or @VodafoneUK If they have any sense they’ll see this as a massive opportunity to gain customers if they keep free roaming in Europe. If not I’ll be switching to the 1st network that does.

    I’ve been a loyal @VodafoneUK customer for years now, I always upgrade with them to a new phone but they can’t (won’t) do me a good enough affordable deal so their letting me look at other networks so possibly letting a loyal customer go instead of offering a deal. #Greedy
