    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    Best part an hour on a chat window with @VodafoneUK and problem not even close to being resolved. The chat transcript is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. Truly awful….

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is so bad its bordeline laughable. My wife is trying to report fraud and speak to a customer service rep only to be told by an automated voice to fill in the form and somebody will get back to her in 7 days... NOT ACCEPTABLE! #BadCustomerService

    @VodafoneUK after months of not getting broadband even close to what I pay for & appalling customer service to try & fix it (still not fixed). I now receive an email to tell me it can be fixed if I upgrade for an extra £5.66/month!!! Lesson in how to lose a customer complete 😡

    @VodafoneUK vodafone please can you organise someone to just send me an email confirming I have paid my latest bill? My broadband was cancelled and I just need this for my mortgage advisor but customer support said they can’t do this because I don’t have a mobile with you!!! Help
