@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

@VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

@VodafoneUK Rates rose in between times from below 1% to 2.2% for my mortgage as a result of delay and Vodafone refusal to acknowledge the bad credit rating was inappropriate - and ending up with a letter from Vodafone saying go to Ombudsman, we’re done. I’ve been a Vodafone custmr 20+years

It's a stupid way to run a business as a tiny amount of time and effort to sort the problem out would have cost them a lot less than the amount of money they would have got over the years had I remained a customer.
