-
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, EnglandReally disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...
-
𝓡𝓲𝓬𝓱 (@Rich_Dalzell) reported from Sprowston, England@VodafoneUK got a call from your ‘trying to sell Broadband’ team from 0800 098 7938. Told him 3 times, politely, that I didn’t want it and the guy was seriously pushy. In the end I hung up as he pissed me off. Maybe help them understand when people don’t want something. Thanks.

-
Jaci Stephen (@welshjaci) reportedDon’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.
-
BozBey (@BozBey58) reported@VodafoneUK Why would a company like yours, which makes billions of dollars, use some pointless virtual assistant called Tobi? Because of that stupid Tobi, I can't get my work done, nor can I connect with a customer agent. I've never seen such a stupid system.
-
DiKey (@xcetveli) reported@VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.
-
Dann 🧜🏼♀️ (@DPB037) reported@VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I can’t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! 🤮 awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.
-
John Gly (@chuxjohn) reported@VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?
-
my (@vngtmy) reported@vodafoneuk I cannot call you, your chatbot cannot solve my issue, but it also can't put me through to an agent or add me to a queue for an agent. do I just die now?
-
