    @VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried all day to get through to your call centre and am continually cut off. I want cancel my extra data. FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly outcome number 6 says firms cannot put unreasonable barriers in post-sale. Not answering the phone is unreasonable.

    @simsek_gunes @VodafoneUK I had the same problem if you have s sky Q box its a fault on the Q box . Turn the Q box off and back on sorts out the problem
