Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK you have sent me a cheque for a credit refund from nearly 2 years ago with my old surname, i have no way of banking this. Your customer service number does not provide options to speak to a human and your online chat stops working as soon as I explain my issue. Help

@VodafoneUK stole over £500 from me by over billing and now refusing to give me a PAC code so I can move to another provider. Not sure if it’s simple incompetence but either way I won’t be returning. To anyone out there do not use them. Awful company

@VodafoneUK I called Customer Services 3 weeks ago to say I’m moving house. After multiple phone calls and long wait times, I was told there’s an error and someone would get back to me. I’ve now moved, but still waiting!

@VodafoneUK Already spent hours on calls to Vodafone. You as a service provider proven to be time wasters. You are not chasing your money, why do I have to chase the service I am paying for? Spent 2h on phone yesterday. Get your acts together please and provide the service you supposed to do
