Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@Mrwhosetheboss Very much so. I can see @VodafoneUK mast from my house and there's barely any noticeable difference between 4G & 5G. Although speed tests suggest I'm getting faster service on 5G I can't tell the difference.

@VodafoneUK It’s ok now as I have put my airplane mode on & off as my phone must of tried to connect to an cell tower an bit further away as I have got full signal back now. 👍

@VodafoneUK @WHSmith Why am I paying money monthly just for my router to have a red flashing light next to the “internet” text? Please fix this, it’s been happening for weeks where the Wi-Fi randomly just stops working and I’d get disconnected every 5mins
