Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

@VodafoneUK I have spent £30 today going to Mum's to sort the landline you haven't turned on. She's 87. Tomorrow I will take another day off work, spend another £30, because it's till not working, and I wasn't added to the account to speak on her behalf as I was meant to be!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Amy! However I have tried this before and it didn't help. VF signal is just pathetic where I am & keeps randomly dropping out. Has done for 2 yrs, which is not helpful as I WFH. Unfortunately VF is only provider in my area, or I'd go with someone else.

@VodafoneUK never use Vodafone for any service many other companies offer better provision. I have been a customer for 18 years my latest contract has not provided me with the agreed service or fixed despite multiple calls I can’t wait to leave and will never use Vodafone again.

@VodafoneUK I’m in a cycle of hell with your broadband with intermittent signal. Your technical team do the same every time and 90 mins later I’m back to square 1 or worse and your cancellation team won’t let me cancel because your technical team say they can fix it.
