They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

Em Storey (@emstoreyedits) reported@VodafoneUK Bought an eSim for a 13 day emergency trip and I was told I couldn't cancel in 14 days, that I had to wait until the end of the month. Waited til EOM, told I had to pay a 2nd. Then spoke to CS, who told me I wouldn't be charged again. Charged again yesterday.
