  Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

  @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

  Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

  Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested

  @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Burnout isn't corporate malaise, it's judgment quietly failing before anyone names it. That's the pattern I build around: AI doesn't replace a founder's judgment, it just speeds up how fast bad judgment becomes visible. A year is plenty of runway for that to catch up to you.
