    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK Wouldn't use Vodafone went to one of you're stores to get a PAYG I got in I told them what I wanted they showed me the crappiest phones told me they only wanted contact I should go I reviewed you got a msg sorry you're disappointed only by you're crap service happy on @EE Now👍

    @VodafoneUK you owe me an hours sleep!! In Devon with no coverage, phone has 'roamed' to France so my alarm went off too early. Do I need to drive around looking for a Voda signal and lock operator?

    Hey @VodafoneUK seems Visual Voicemail doesnt work over WifiCalling - this is critical - we don't leave the village (mobile blackspot) due to WFH so don't see a mobile signal for weeks at a time! You need to fix this! Dialing 12152 to switch back... 😢

    @VodafoneUK receive message from #vodafoneuk telling me time to upgrade .. I contacted customer service to be told I have to pay a charge ! Been Vodafone customers for many years … not paying to renew ,will seek alternative provider !
