Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK With respect, I've spent in excess of 7 hours on the phone to Vodafone this week. I'm not DM because it will take even longer to type everything. And last time I DM'd it didn't work anyway. Customer services is a complete shambles. And to think the @UKGovTweets have backed this!
