Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK shame that you cant keep your s21 prices competitive,not even to Vodafone prices offered by carphone warehouse.Totally unfair that you refuse to release my number if I stayed with vodafone at carphone so i have to leave the network and rejoin in days rather than stay!

I'm sure whichever party proposes to a) tax any utility company for the length of time they put a customer on hold, and b) introduce a penalty fee for any company that doesn't have a UK based complaints contact number would win in a landslide. I'm looking at you @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK my partner has an issue with her WiFi. Connects fine to phone and TV but no actual speed coming through. Router is lit correctly but no Web pages load on phone and catchup TV can't work as connection speed is nil. She has contacted online help who will 'monitor line'

@VodafoneUK @em_denyer This doesn't work. Stop SMS, Stop All etc lead to an immediate message back "Sorry, we didn't understand your last message, so we haven't been able to complete your request" - any ideas?
