Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK Spent ~ 2 hours in an online chat with 4 individuals in 3 different departments all of whom failed to solve the problem and passed me on Customer Services #FAIL Technical Support x2 #FAIL Upgrades #FAIL So you see @VodafoneUK are consistently bad whichever 'method' you try

@VodafoneUK What's difficult? I've never even seen this call screen so I'm guessing it's iOS, but it looks like the left is to end the current call and answer the new, the middle is stay with the current call and decline the new and the right is hold the current call and answer the new.

@VodafoneUK How? I've been told compensation can be sought only after the issue is fixed? You've offered me unlimited data on my phones... but they are already unlimited. I don't think it is a serious issue. I think it's #bandwidth. The #WiFi drops out at the same time every evening

@VodafoneUK hi there, I closed my Vodafone account many, many years ago and yet it is still showing on my credit file with a £4 balance even though I left and got told there was nothing left to pay. Any help at all?
