@VodafoneUK You have a debt collection on to me for money I do not owe, vodaphone owe me , I have wasted so much time on hold I gave up, over 5 hours to achieve nothing. Passed from pillar to post . Longest call was 118 mins most of which was on hold. Wears you down.

@VodafoneUK if I say I want to leave due to poor service, inability to get through on the phone and advisors not reading the messages, 2x twitter advisors not reading the messages, saying 'I see you want to upgrade' & giving me the phone no I'd complained about is very poor!

So far my attempts to transfer my internet over to @VodafoneUK has been met with several waves of cancellations, and an inability to talk to a human being to get proper help. I just need a date for the installation.
