Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Hi @VodafoneUK ... OK, so I reached my data limit and M-- from your customer service team rang up and asked me if I wanted to add a bigger data packet to my plan. Does this affect how I'm charged for roaming, if I do? He said not. I'm unconvinced. Isn't this a contract change?
