    @VodafoneUK Nope no VPN just a secure network for work, it only seems to be the morning where there’s an issue? And that’s when no one else uses the internet so not sure what the issue is

    @VodafoneUK We’re now on day 4 of trying to get the internet setup in our new property. Been on multiple chats for hours over several days. Have very little trust that this is going to be resolved. One of the worst customer experiences ever experienced.

    @VodafoneUK Why do you people make it so difficult to get in contact. Your awful message system is so bad. I want to cance my service and you simply make it almost impossible. Do I have to contact @ofcom to report and file a complaint as you are deceptions and make it stressful
