@VodafoneUK Yes dean you can start by checking why at home I have virtually no signal! I have been a customer for a long time and never had a connection issue, customer service issues yes but never connection issues, as a small business I rely on this service.

Just spend 3hrs trying to sort a simple customer service problem with @VodafoneUK on the phone. 2x cut off, 1x promised call back which didn’t happen, finally informed can’t fix til Monday. That’s an afternoon I’ll never get back.

@suemcdonald342 @VodafoneUK Yeah, because there were no problems before hand 🙄 Social media is pretty bad, but the internet has done a lot of good, too. I believe the internet is like the printed word: it's allowed for more widespread communication of ideas, both good and bad.
