Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK Never had such a bad experience porting my number! Number was supposed to port 10 days ago. It still hasn’t completed and I have ‘No Service.’ Customer service is appalling. When will I be able to use my number? Regretting having chosen your network.

@VodafoneUK I don’t think you’ve read my initial message. Phone lines don’t work, every option on the phone just points to live chat, which never has an agent avaliable... impossible at the moment.

@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.
