    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK 12 years of having the same account and can’t even wave a 60 pound upfront cost on a upgrade 👌🏻 great customer service for loyal customers!

    @VodafoneUK This is a link for mobile coverage checking It's my broadband I'm struggling with. When I click to choose home broadband it's asking me to jump through 10,000 hoops before I get human help. Fix your damn **** and get a capable human to assist your customers

    What a waste of time logging in every day to @VodafoneUK veryme rewards clearly a fix as for the past 2 days it says I’ve logged in for 4 days in a row and hasn’t changed. No option to click enter! And they have the cheek to raise their prices can’t wait to get rid of them !!!

    @VodafoneUK day 3 my elderly mother is still without broadband and phone line, she’s tried chat, phone , stupid unhelpful bot rubbish and is getting nowhere ! I would like contact with a manager asap pleas

    @AnnMemmott @VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for over 20 years, since my first mobile phone in 92, but their customer service finally finished me off. Now with BT and much happier.
