    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK hi, according to my online banking you’ve sent me £16.68 but I have no idea why as I am not a customer of yours. How do I find out what it’s for? I assume it’s an error and I can send the money back to you

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK That is not the point, Vodafone have published a number to call. Takes ages to get through, then just no one to take the query. Just a message, ‘we are very busy’. Also no real person to chat. Cannot see the point of your digital chat robot-TOBI!!! Just poor customer service. 🙁

    @VodafoneGroup Your Re.1 Store - 7 Days is activated. Amount charged is Rs 15.00 /- for 3Days. Renewal charge is Rs 35.00¡1Week. To deactivate, SMS STOP to 155223. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIT I don't send any message or don't click any link then why this service is stared.

    @VodafoneUK ‘error with authentication’ message again and again 😫😫😫why can’t I get an upgrade in store with employee discount? Why is it so difficult to get discount code online? Never had this issue all the years I’ve been with Vodafone.. getting so frustrated with this.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, thanks for your reply. This issue has been in the hands of your ‘super users’ for the last 4 days. I’ve spoken to numerous people here and abroad, been promised call backs that have never happened and guaranteed a fix will be in place in 24hrs! It never happens I’ve given up.

    Trying to cancel @VodafoneUK account. It's harder than getting it if that's possible. I got a transcript of the conversation to confirm it's cancelled but the transcript replaces the account with xxs so it isn't confirmation! Vodafone's labyrinthine systems are why I hope I left.

    @VodafoneUK finding it really difficult to get employee discount code online. Have had employee discount with Vodafone for years now it seems I can’t do this in store. Proof of employment is payslip but not allowed to upload payslip pic online. Any solution? Might go elsewhere..
