Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK why is it impossible to cancel a phone contract with you?? About an hour on live chat last week to be told sorry I failed with info...I was given a link to sort that out and the link didn’t work😡😡 just going to cancel my direct debit if it’s not sorted🙈
