    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 Very fed up with your appalling service. Fibre dye to be fitted now on 3 occasions - first time arrived on wrong day. Second time - didn't show. Third time - you cancelled for no reason and with no notice. Result 2 days pay lost sitting at home waiting for you.

    @VodafoneUK If you’re feeling benevolent, donate them yourselves. Not a bad scam, get people to donate phones, then you rake in the call and data bills.

    @susie30d @VodafoneUK Eventually got another DM from em (@VodafoneUK) saying they'd text me a 4-digit code! After I'd carefully explained (& their agent Mark said he'd understood) that the problem is they'd removed me from network so I can no longer receive/make texts/calls!! You couldn't make it up!

    @donegaljohnjdk @VodafoneUK Have a feeling I might have too.. I have been told that they can not issue a refund until the product has been received back… considering I have yet to receive them.. I’m livid 🤬. So I’m out of money and no trackers.. #Vodafone @VodafoneUK I would like a response!!

    @VodafoneUK @HannahShort97 In other words... No. They just ask people to DM rather than giving answer. The DM will be the same as you've been told on phone and chat *There was an issue at the warehouse but should be on its way now, I will put it on priority request*... 3 weeks later still nothing
