Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Well @VodafoneUK you might say that wifi on the underground isn't part of my price plan, but it was a service that influenced my decision to stay with you. I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends & frankly I'm insensed that I have to wait that long. You should let me leave.
