    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK 46 minutes holding for what could've easily been done online! No need to route people to call a human to wait 46 minutes just so you have the opportunity to try to upsell. Who has a whole hour to go online to be told to call a number? Unacceptable service.

    @VodafoneUK For weeks now I’ve been trying to speak to CS to resolve issue with VM and each person has a different solution. It takes 1 hour just to sort out VM because your agents have to chat with a 3rd person. Then I have to activate settings myself.

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to cust service for a week. I know u r busy but I'm now at 1 hr 45 min wait. Is there any other way to get in touch? I have a meeting in 5 mins so will have to hang up. I really need to talk to you but also have work & life commitments😟

    Have been happy with @VodafoneUK for years. Have recommended Vodafone. However I've spoken to three advisors this week. First one assured me my problem would be solved. Not. No joy from next two advisors. Not prepared to make more phone calls.

    hey @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I'm getting fed up with your CS!! Order for Gigafast placed on 25/02 There was a problem. Chased on 19/03, told I'd receive a call back the following Friday, no call. Just rang up today.....was cut off when the CS rep realised he couldn't help me!

    Day 106 of buying a phone from @VodafoneUK that still does not work. No offer of replacement or refund. No written response from their complaints team despite circa 100 contacts of complaint. I'm told over and over again they are looking into it. Must have dodgy eyesight!
