    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK a massive shout out to Salah in your complaints team. I've had a terrible time with your agents over the last week, he managed to resolve everything brilliantly. I appreciate it's difficult times but Customers should still be the priority. Thanks again to Salah.

    @VodafoneUK It’s not just in my area, its anywhee i go the data is excruciatingly slow i have to tether to my husbands phone, it’s ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling service today. Trying to upgrade had a bit of a delay with processing issue. Was advised I would be able to take up an offer even with the delay. Now I go to upgrade to be told you can't offer what I was told.

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is beyond appalling. Your staff have lied to my partner and processed an order we didn’t want. We have tried to cancel and had zero help. I will be taking this forward as you are a joke
