Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK Trying to update direct debit details for my broadband account on the website and it keeps saying there’s a problem - wait for a text, but no text. So I try and call, put my phone number in and answer questions about why I’m calling - to be told that nobody can help me now.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply @VodafoneUK but no luck - Mum has DM’d but it’s just a bot that says it doesn’t understand her request, no live advisors available, can’t get through on phone. This is appalling service. There must be more you can do to help!

The joy of technology. I have received better service in the last 6 hours from @EE / BT Mobile than I ever had in 20 years with @VodafoneUK I may go full Malcolm Tucker at the worst mobile phone provider later. Although I hope that if I ignore them, they will go away!

@VodafoneUK Just so you know, I took out a £30 per month, 24 month plan with you online through @currys & I will be cancelling the DD first thing in the morning. The SIM doesn't work & your customer service has been appalling. Oh, and I'm keeping the phone too. Sue me...

Been without CityFibre #gigafast internet in this corner of CB4 thanks to @vodafoneuk for almost two weeks now, very poor communication and even worse that it's taking so long to fix. Several neighbours in the same situation also reporting poor communication

Hey @VodafoneUK, the agreed day of internet connection is here. Being told it will be another 24-48 hours, but they cant tell me who is saying this, or what the delay is - and your agents just give me an "0808" number to call which is "having technical issues". Not a good start
