So my phone broke (toddlers yay) and @VodafoneUK has NO person to person services whatsoever so every robot I speak to is asking me for the code texted to my phone... which is broken. So if your phone breaks they are impossible to contact. Avoid them. #moaning #cantworkwithoutit

@VodafoneUK has the most shocking customer service I've ever experienced. One inept customer adviser is forgivable, but when you've spoken to a dozen of them and no one seems to have the faintest clue, that's a culture problem. #training #accountability #embarrassing
