Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK I've tried it with a different postcode and it worked. It says for the correct postcode that you serve the area, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Can you look into this for me?

@VodafoneUK I tried to speak to someone, but apparently this isn’t possible and the web team can’t help - so they’ve passed it on to a debt collector. After receiving the first bill I provided Power of Attorney and jumped through hoops to resolve the issue. 2/3

@VodafoneUK Trying to solve their customers problems with the phone signal in other ways than recommending an up grade. Pointless having a 4g back up when there is no 4g!

@VodafoneUK I am facing this issue 18 hours a day. Vodafone customer care team have only bots. They never slove network problem. providing 2g speed in 4g network but they suck customer money for 4g pack price.

@VodafoneUK is a joke. Around 20yrs of service to them and nobody there seems to care. Money hungry over customer satisfaction. I have never had a problem until this year. #shitcustomerservice #vodafoneisnotgood
