Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK Im fed up of speaking to automated bots, receiving poor service, receiving poor customer service, being told I need to drive to a store to then arrive at the store and be told I was given wrong information!!! Worse experience received every!!!

@BBCWatchdog are you able to help when @VodafoneUK have taken insurance out on my contract and never told me and doesn't show up on my bills? They will only offer me 28p back when I've paid out £400!!! @MoneySavingExp I've complained and they still won't give me it back #fraud
