Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@markjwt @VodafoneUK Why should I have to pay for you to go roaming abroad. It was never free, the cost was picked up by all of us wether we went abroad or not. Want to use your phone abroad they pay for it and don’t expect those who don’t to pick up the tab.

@VodafoneUK The problem was going back to the old plan was treated like a cancellation by the advisor and so the whole service was cancelled, not just the up grade part. spent another hour this morning trying sort it. No joy, so I've switch to Sky.

@bt_uk Literally can’t wait for the contract to end , never ever had a charge with @VodafoneUK or @SkyUK but once again bt leading the way in poor service and customer support
