Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

The joy of technology. I have received better service in the last 6 hours from @EE / BT Mobile than I ever had in 20 years with @VodafoneUK I may go full Malcolm Tucker at the worst mobile phone provider later. Although I hope that if I ignore them, they will go away!

@VodafoneUK thanks for deleting our broadband account that we’ve had for 3 years and now we have to wait 2 weeks for a new line to be reconnected. No refund though. No expedited connection for your f*** up. Absolutely appalling service.
