They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

Bill Oldfield (@billoldfield) reportedMessage for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.
