Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I've just checked it and it seems to say it's OK. But my connection kept cutting out. On Saturday I tried to send a WhatsApp message to my friend and it took a while to get it. She had the same problem.
