Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

@VodafoneUK @alderson_leanne I wish your customer service team could have advised this. I have just wasted 30 minutes with my screwdriver taking off a faceplate and still they won’t confirm there is an issue with the outage.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I'm an existing broadband customer who has recently moved house. I requested the house move change from vodafone, however they seem to have just cancelled my old contract and opened a brand new one on superfast 1 rather than just transferring my superfast 2 deal.

@VodafoneUK I don't think you do, neither do you take customer service seriously. 4 months and still issues has still not been sorted out, but you have been happy to take out payment via direct debit on a monthly basis.
