Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK My roaming service has been cut off twice now. They said they fixed the issue initially after I paid to have my credit limit increased. Now it has happened again and I am told they can't resolve the issue. Way to let me down @VodafoneUK

I've been told my bundle is "stuck" and that the issue has been escalated twice. If this isn't sorted soon I *will* be moving. Go back to the previous provider. (@TMobile?) @VodafoneUK are rubbish.

@TalkTalk Just switched from @VodafoneUK broadband to find that the contract I signed was £22 per month is being charged at £24.89. Contacted online support however, no response yet. May consider cancelling within my 14 days.

not a great start for my new @VodafoneUK broadband, installed by @CityFibre first thing this morning but still no working internet, and may take several days to fix... Also no 4G backup as @VodafoneUK failed to send out a sim card to go with the Dongle #completefail

Another 50 minutes and counting wasted trying to sort out @VodafoneUK's mess. Not sure why I've been paying for two accounts since Sept 2020 and why nobody seems to be able to transfer my number from my personal account to business. I will never, ever use Voda again.

@VodafoneUK hey, I am coming to the end of my contract soon. I have a Note 10 plus 5G device and have never been able to get 5G. I've been to a few 5G cities and am currently in the middle of Westminster and can't get it. This isn't right surely
