    @VodafoneUK can someone please help me. I took up your trade in offer well over a month ago. You’ve had my phone since early September and promised the money in my account during the last week of September. I’ve called your “customer services “ twice now.

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK It took hours to cancel the broadband, for it not to be cancelled (and still being charged) and two hours tonight to be told I will have to call back tomorrow!

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with the staff at Vodafone. One of your service advisors just deliberately disconnected the call without transferring to a manager as requested because she decided they couldn’t help You are taking money from my account when the contract finished in Sept😡

    @VodafoneUK Fantastic. Thanks. Sounds really good. Will sort later. One final question please. Do you still do military discount. I think I'm on slightly higher than normal as I am a long customer and I wasn't happy when it was reduced. Could they keep the same discount on if I upgrade?
