@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Absolutely abysmal service from @VodafoneUK phone was sent in for repair supposedly would take 48 hours on my headset speaker came back after repair a week later with speaker issue resolved but the screen also replaced which has a dead pixel and a display error on the handset.

@MusicFanWales @Ofcom @VodafoneUK You would think it would be simple. It's my money, just being moved from one sim to another! I will definitely be making a complaint. I'm a longstanding customer of around 20 years, so I think I deserve some respect for my loyalty.
