Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK I have spent ALL DAY on live chat being passed from pillar to post trying to resolve a problem of your own making. No-one is ever the right person to speak to. No-one can ever help. You get passed on, you queue, only to get passed on again, queue, passed on, queue.

Dear @VodafoneUK, When someone has experienced a fraud, they want to be able to speak to someone to relieve their fears. They don’t want to be put through automated messages which get them nowhere. Your system is hopeless. I’m glad I’m not your customer.

@VodafoneUK (following on from last Tweet) It is a shambles. I am left paying 25% more for an old contract having been sold a new contract which did not ever exist in the 1st place. My entire day was wasted trying to fix it. I spoke to multiple people at Voda; no-one could help!

@LewisLovelock @VodafoneUK A few years ago I tried to cancel my contract and the person on the phone said "hold on, look how long you have been with us. Let me do you a special deal" and gave me the most expensive iPhone for free and a cheap monthly rate. Now they just say it is what it is
