    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @VodafoneUK hi, according to my online banking you’ve sent me £16.68 but I have no idea why as I am not a customer of yours. How do I find out what it’s for? I assume it’s an error and I can send the money back to you

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    I cannot believe the appalling level of customer services I am getting from Vodafone. I am also being told the do not have a Customer Service email address! @VodafoneUK

    @SkyNews @BorisJohnson @vodafoneUK need to be investigated and fined for deliberately lowering Broadband Speed who are on old tarrifs of 67 to 35MB they are breaking the Law! They have no customer service in UK you can only speak to people in India and Egypt who will not help you

    @BBCNews @VodafoneUK are scamming customers by lowering the speeds of old tarrifs 67MB they reduced speeds down to 35MB customer service in Egypt and India are trained to lie and say words no line connection loss to not send out engineers they have lowered the tarrifs 40MB!

    @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I have been promised twice by a customer care consultant previously that this would be refunded. Can someone please assist in getting this sorted here? I have sent a message to your inbox as well as it’s quite ridiculous that I’ve been told this would be actioned but it hasn not.

    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with the veryme Costa qr code. Went to use it this morning and it didnt work. Store said they’ve had the same issue with 4 people using it this morning
