Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took me months to get them to properly close down my account when I left. Only because I am a pedant and checked my DD mandate and credit record that I could evidence that they were not doing their job. Finally got a letter out of them after much wasted time.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I would try the CEO’s office. I had an issue with them a few years ago and managed to sort it with them. I found their email address on Google. If all else fails write them a formal complaint and go to the ombudsman if they don’t sort it. Good luck. Awful company!!!

@VodafoneUK @Darrenjs68 Your response is not really helpful he is asking about an email address not an SMS, we have the same problem. So can you confirm if the email address above is legit or if it is a scam email address?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The network “three” done the same to me when I was told by an employee in the shop to cancel the direct debit after being missold something originally. My “ debt “ was then passed on to a debt collection agency along with all my details

Dear @VodafoneUK I've tried very hard to stay with you for my home broadband, but your website won't let me upgrade without speaking to the call centre, which directs me to the website, which sends me to the noisiest call centre on the planet... who can't help me. 1/2

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is awful. My partner experienced issues with Vodafone recently, being referred to a debt collector for a debt that didn't exist.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK 2/2 Energy companies r just as bad let alone some ‘higher up’ companies that don’t communicate with their own departments! I’m sorry u & your family had 2 go through this. Hope you have it sorted soon. Bereavement policies need reviewing, it’s not good enough! God bless your mum

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It’s as if there is an assumption that people who leave are not worth any effort, and who cares what happens to their credit record. If I had the temerity to cancel the DD I’m sure it would have gone to a debt collector despite the fact the balance was £0.
