Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Hoping @VodafoneUK can help. Placed an order for new phone just over week ago. Still waiting for delivery. Only updates had were to say direct debit set up and upfront costs taken from bank. Chat service unhelpful. Hoping not going to regret switching to vodaphone! Any updates ?

Ordered on 7th nov and was told 3 week delay - still nothing and like you we have been told it’s with DPD - chasing every day and gets nothing but empty promises. Great way to look after loyal customer

@VodafoneUK I can’t check until I’m back in the uk tomorrow as every time I use my phone it’s costing me £6 a day and then my phone is being restricted. If it doesn’t work tomorrow how quickly can I get my signal restored? I assume with a new sim?

@Schoie75 @VodafoneUK Same here pal,i'm paying for 910 and getting 230-270 and talking to the IT experts in India who assures me he can fix it, simply hasnt and hasnt got a clue apart from resetting the router which obviously doesnt work. 14 days or im off back to BT, least there worked as advertised
