Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK Hi Millie, after two hours sitting in your store this morning and various calls over the last six months, I have finally managed to cancel. All down to Fernando the store manager otherwise I would have failed. Poor training of your staff is the key reason.

@VodafoneUK I can’t cancel my account @AhmedShelbaya I’ve been in store with Fernando, wonderful store manager and even he can’t cancel it. I have been paying for months and not used! How can this be possible. Fernando has been transferred five times by customer service.

@NathanBSuk @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Hah. They can't even get their core network (radios and backhaul) right. ThreeUK are close. Use 3internet APN and you'll get a routable IPv4 and an IPv6 (used for VoLTE).
