Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Never had a problem before. Now, @CPWTweets are denying me new mobile contract saying I am "failing the credit check criteria required by the network". I've contacted @VodafoneUK and they said I passed the check. Anyone care to shed more light on the subject? Losing faith !!

@VodafoneUK what a load of crap broadband... 6 days and still No internet, had to spend £50 on bolts on due to internet not working. Every phone call wants us to test the line for 24 hours... that’s 144 hours of testing . DONT NOT USE THOS COMPANY

@VodafoneUK if u get a 3month secure net trial make sure to cancel 2 weeks b4 as my free trial ended today but they have already generated a bill and charged me.. its only £1 but its the principal dont have a free trials that ends on a date but charge b4. I cancelled today

@VodafoneUK 3 or 4 days at least now with little or no data available. Messaged yesterday, no response 26 hours later. Shambolic service. Anyone else in worc/Herefordshire area really struggling for service? Taking 20-30 secs to connect calls.

@VodafoneGroup @Robbyeaton @VodafoneUK They are misselling and misrepresenting their services and rather than own up, they are blaming the customers for picking a service that they have on offer. Providing terrible speeds when they are charging for top speeds. And they are stopping a single mum to carry on working.
