Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

so @VodafoneUK - you think it's ok, when setting up an emergency phone for my old dad, to change my one time £10 top up into a recurring £10 monthly charge for useless data because you know better than me what I want? How many thousands of elderly people are you ripping off?!
