Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@JonnyVizslaBhoy @VodafoneUK Why should we yet again do without. Stop traeating the UK as underdog its simple. The Exynos 2220 is well below specs of what it should be. Its not entitlement its fact. If you don't like it lump it . Get your facts right. Its slow and not cutting the grade to what it should be.

@VodafoneUK My phone hasn't worked for 2 weeks! Spent an hour in Wokingham Vodafone last weekend & they couldn't fix it, finally got into Reading Vodafone yesterday who fixed it but wouldn't give me any compensation at all! Very poor when I pay over £50 a month on my contract!

so now to the issue @VodafoneUK. Bill comes in (via mum of course): due 28/2 but you've disconnected the ac today. Website has been offline for hours so can't pay it. Excellent. Really fab -so now, tmrw i have to spend circa an hour on phone to fix. Had enough, will be moving

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to chat about 12 times (literally). Now have tech support telling me configs etc are wrong. Oh and I have no mobile data left…and no broadband so it’s farewell to the world, until my broadband comes back online..

@VodafoneUK can’t upgrade due to your VEO discount being online only. Been told to keep trying but I keep getting the error message. No one can help because it’s purely online and no one has access to it. So it’s a self governed site? Have you developed AI?! Needs sorting!
