    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @FrustratedImmi2 WTF this is seriously bizarre behaviour by @VodafoneUK. I held on to my EE number & contract whilst in NZ for half a year with no issues, and before that I'd been gallivanting to Aus and the far east with a Three number/contract without so much as a hiccup.

    Or you’d be getting your arses sued. Like handed to you on a plate. There is NO excuse. 7 yrs. Never a late bill. You know where we are. You know why our bill is bigger than normal. You didn’t even TRY to call us!!! @VodafoneUK what’s your excuse for cutting us off?

    @VodafoneUK My phone bill is £71. It should be £56. I sent my s10+ back but a month after Vodafone signed for the delivery I'm told you haven't recieved the phone. Could i have the number of the the trade in discounts/Customer service department as i have proof of delivery too 🙄

    .@VodafoneUK so let me get this straight. Your answer to 7yrs of loyalty, never a whisper of a late bill, multiple calls and messages to discuss plans while we are offshore giving valid reason why our bill is larger than usual is just to... cut us off?!?!?!
