@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

@VodafoneUK it took over 2 weeks to deliver my new phone and watch . I've spent 9 days trying to get the watch to work on the one plan. Spoke to multiple advisors on chat and 191. Visited a shop and STILL NOT WORKING ! This service is not fit for purpose and my patience is gone

Anyone else had problems with @WeAreOpenreach and @VodafoneUK. I waited in all day 30th December. No engineer turned up from @WeAreOpenreach to connect me and have just changed their story to say I wasn’t there!!! And now I’m going old I have to wait until 10th to be connected

@VodafoneUK After 9 months of 1mbps mobile Internet, in a 5G area, today there is zero speed, no Internet at all. I am so sick of paying £100 every month for an utterly useless service on two contracts!! Nothing changes whatever you do.
