Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@VodafoneUK that's my exact question - I don't have an active bundle yet, it's a brand new SIM, never topped up, but with other SIMs I've had, the minute I top up you 'helpfully' convert the £5 to a BVB that I don't want. Can I stop that happening rather than having to 'undo' it?
