    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Having yet another poor customer service experience with @VodafoneUK they promised to call me back with an update on my complaint. They did not so I called them. Explained my situation and they went off to look at the history. 10 minutes later I was cut off. Calling back fuming!

    @VodafoneUK today our internet has dropped out 3 times it’s being doing on & off for 2 weeks. Line ok when tested, need a new router but Customer Service say we have to wait 48 hours to check line, then place an engineer call out to double check the line before anything else!

    @VodafoneUK hi, do you have any network issues in Birmingham B1? I have a mobile and a 5G device for broadband and both give great speed tests but the internet is slow, I’ve tried on all my computers and wired/wireless are same, websites take about 7-8 seconds to load

    @vodafoneuk just received my new S21 ultra and it's a brick on arrival. Can't get past the setup screen before it reboots. After spending an hour with your customer service ai + calls to your number I just get a 75% of problems can be solved online link in a text message.

    Hilarious 'deadlock' letter from @VodafoneUK regarding my complaint. They owe me £405.70, they've offered me £28.90.... They claim to have been 'working hard' to resolve my complaint since I raised it on March 16th. Frankly - bullshit, you've done next to nothing.
