@YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

@tescomobile 2/2 that not much can be done the escalation (backroom) team not available Saturday. He had the PAC number from @VodafoneUK whilst at the store Wednesday. He's been to the store twice now, phoned support multiple times and still no working phone. Help......

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years and now business account. I wanted to upgrade but Vodafone didn’t give me a good deal, so I went on sim only the advisor told me I only to be on it for 3 months then I could cancel. I went to cancel today and was told I had to £300.

@VodafoneUK I went in to the Vodafone shop last week to upgrade and the advisor told me that it’s disgusting the time I’ve been with you and your only offering me 5% discount considering I’m a business customer and been with you so long. So I will shop around for a better provider.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom This just keeps getting better! After a week of to and fro, Vodafone finally agree they can provide this service and transfer my number. I place an order, it's all agreed and they go an cancel it for no reason whatsoever!!! Now i've already booked a day of work for installation
