    Come on @VodafoneUK this is shocking. 1 phone call, 3 chat room sessions and a nights sleep and still no broadband service. No engineer. No service. No recommendations for you guys. Poor.

    @YourSSE Boom!! I joined today. I thought it was Monday. What a fantastic service so far! No cutting off, no having to constantly switch between Wi-fi and 3/4G because the routers having a moment and double the speed of my previous supplier! Sorry @VodafoneUK but these guys kick ass!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @vodafoneuk My broadband went live a week ago and still no router, or even an estimate of when it might arrive. Should not have been switched from plusnet until router dispatched. Shocking service. Have been told I’ll get compensation but how and when will this be organised?

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your message. I tried to keep you posted by DM. However, your advice to use the network status checker is not helpful because it is clearly not updated in real-time. While your network was down the status checker reported neither a problem nor maintenance work.

    @VodafoneUK Good morning I have been trying for 30 minutes to try and navigate my way round your customer service line so that I can speak to a human!!!! My new broadband with Vodafone should have been activated on the 8th of December but I’m still not connected what should I do?
